We are excited to share that PhD-level eye-tracking research has officially begun at the A-FEEL Lab! The ongoing data collection is part of an advanced research project combining neuroeconomics, experimental economics and consumer behavior.
This study uses eye-tracking technology to better understand how consumers perceive and make decisions related to Fair Trade products.

🎉 From June 4-6, 2025, representatives from the Faculty of Economics - prof. Ph.D. Ewa Kiryluk-Dryjska, dr Olga Grabowska-Chenczke and mgr Anshu Rani - participated in the European Science Fair 2025 (ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE) at the Poznań International Fair! 🌍🔬
During the event, they presented the innovative research project "Bread Matters: Investigating Neural Correlates of Consumer Choices of Bread" , conducted at the Agri-Food Economics Experimental Laboratory (A-FEEL) .
🥖💡 The project explores how consumers make decisions when choosing different types of bread, including those with health-promoting properties, using advanced methods like EEG, eye-tracking, and GSR to uncover neural indicators behind these choices.
This exciting research is a joint effort with:
