Last Friday, our CSS office turned into a vibrant, joyful playground as we hosted the Family Day, giving our people the chance to show their little ones where they spend a big part of their day.😃

Seeing our employees with their loved ones, more relaxed, more playful, more joyful was incredibly moving. The laughter, the smiles, the small, genuine moments between parents and children… it was pure joy. 🥰
From creative workshops and colorful crafts, through energetic games and pirate adventures, to glitter tattoos and braids, the day was full of smiles, energy, and connection.✨

It reminded us that beyond our roles and responsibilities, we are people first: with families, stories, and hearts that we bring with us to work every day. And that’s what makes our workplace so rich and diverse.

Thank you to everyone who joined, whether with your little ones or simply came by yourself to soak up the fantastic atmosphere and connect with colleagues. We can't wait for our next shared adventure! 🤩

Two wheels, fresh air, and a little extra support from Carlsberg Shared Services.

During our recent Bike Service Days, our people could bring their bikes for on-site maintenance, making it easier (and safer!) to commute to work. 🚲

At CSS, we’re not only delivering business results, we’re also pursuing our passions. And sport is definitely one of them! 💚
On April 11, our colleagues took part in the Botanical Five, where participants could choose between running, marching, or walking categories. 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Events like these are a great reminder of what makes our team special: we cheer each other on, support one another, and motivate each other to keep going.

This Sunday, we celebrated International Women’s Day, a moment dedicated to the fight for equality, rights, dignity, and the freedom for every woman to make her own choices. 💜

As part of the CSS DE&I annual wheel, we had the pleasure of hosting two meaningful initiatives that brought our community closer together and reminded us of the power of shared experiences and collective action.😌

We began with an inspiring conversation with our new People & Culture Director, Elżbieta Pietrzak, who opened up about her career path and the experiences that influenced her growth. The moments that shaped her early on, the tough decisions she had to make along the way, and the lessons learned from balancing a demanding professional life with personal commitments. After the discussion, everyone enjoyed the chance to speak with Ela over a cup of coffee and a delicious cupcake.

We also wrapped up one of our most beloved initiatives, the Shoebox Project, driven by the Stowarzyszenie Shoebox. Thanks to the kindness and engagement of CSS People, we gathered 50 packages of hygiene items and delivered them to the Komitet Ochrony Praw Dziecka, fully reaching our goal and ensuring support goes where it is truly needed. 🤩
