At Carlsberg Shared Services, our Wellbeing Ambassadors believe that wellbeing is not only about taking care of ourselves, but also about supporting those around us. That is why we came together once again to organize the CSS Bake-Off, combining a love for homemade treats with a meaningful social cause.

Thanks to the incredible engagement of our employees, we enjoyed an amazing selection of 24 homemade cakes and desserts while creating an opportunity to make a real difference for others. Together, through the generosity of everyone who baked, donated, and purchased the goods, we were able to support the Fundacja Nauka Życia and contribute to its mission.

A huge thank you to everyone who baked, donated, purchased, and supported the event. Your enthusiasm and generosity helped turn a simple office activity into something truly meaningful.

We are proud to see how our people continue to bring together wellbeing, community spirit, and social responsibility, demonstrating that small actions, when taken together, can create a positive impact far beyond the workplace.💚

This year, we proudly marked the 20th anniversary of Carlsberg Shared Services in Poznań, a milestone that gave us an opportunity to celebrate not only how far we've come, but also the people who made it possible. 💚

Over the past two decades, we've grown, evolved, and continuously adapted to new challenges and opportunities. Yet some things have never changed: our passion, our sense of community, and the commitment of the people who bring their expertise, energy, and ideas to work every day.

To celebrate this special occasion, we came together to reflect on our shared journey, create new memories, and recognize the many individuals who have shaped our story along the way. From inspiring reflections and meaningful conversations to moments of creativity, laughter, and celebration, the day perfectly captured the spirit of CSS.✨

This September, we proudly celebrate a remarkable milestone - 20 years of Carlsberg Shared Services. 💚

Over the past two decades, CSS has grown from an accounting center into a trusted business partner, bringing together talented people, expertise, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence. But this anniversary is about much more than the passing of time. It is a celebration of the people, relationships, achievements, and experiences that have shaped who we are today.

To mark this special occasion, we're launching a series of short videos that explore the many stories behind CSS. Through the voices of colleagues with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, we'll reflect on the journey that brought us here and the values that continue to move us forward.

We begin with colleagues who have been part of CSS for 19, 15, and 12 years, asking them two simple questions:

✨ Which CSS achievement or project stands out to you the most?

Their answers reveal more than just what has kept them here. They share the moments, people and experiences that have made their time at CSS meaningful - from relationships and opportunities to grow, to projects and milestones they still remember years later.

Last Friday, our CSS office turned into a vibrant, joyful playground as we hosted the Family Day, giving our people the chance to show their little ones where they spend a big part of their day.😃

Seeing our employees with their loved ones, more relaxed, more playful, more joyful was incredibly moving. The laughter, the smiles, the small, genuine moments between parents and children… it was pure joy. 🥰
From creative workshops and colorful crafts, through energetic games and pirate adventures, to glitter tattoos and braids, the day was full of smiles, energy, and connection.✨

It reminded us that beyond our roles and responsibilities, we are people first: with families, stories, and hearts that we bring with us to work every day. And that’s what makes our workplace so rich and diverse.

Thank you to everyone who joined, whether with your little ones or simply came by yourself to soak up the fantastic atmosphere and connect with colleagues. We can't wait for our next shared adventure! 🤩
