11.12. uczniowie klasy IV D wzięli udział w upowszechnianiu rezultatów projektu wymiany młodzieży "Reduce to reuse" finansowanego przez Unię Europejską. Młodzież z OHP Warmia Mazury wraz z rówieśnikami z Bułgarii, Rumunii, Macedonii Północnej oraz Litwy pokazali i opowiedzieli o rezultatach projektu, a dokładnie jak można ograniczać ilość odpadów i wykorzystywać produkty ponownie dając im drugie życie.. Uczniowie klasy IVD dowiedzieli się też jak mogą zrobić własnoręcznie ekologiczne ozdoby świąteczne oraz mieli okazję porozmawiać z obcokrajowcami podczas warsztatów rękodzielniczych.

On the seventh day of the project, each team developed their artistic skills, creativity and skill in recycling some objects that seemed useless. By becoming aware of the real needs of society to conserve environmental resources, to improve the quality of our lives, each participant found creative ideas that they applied originally and made new objects whose destination was directed to the needs of each: boxes for gifts or storage, decorative objects or lighting fixtures. The participants reflected on the ways through, with intelligence and inspiration, they can reduce the unnecessary consumption of resources by helping each other from everyone's personal vision.

On the sixth day of the project, a festive atmosphere was created almost instantly. Organized in workshops, each participant found creative ways to reuse objects, paper, newspapers, magazines, wool, fir branches, cones, leaves and many others. These soon became real "jewels", destined to delight people's souls while waiting for Christmas. The intercultural exchange was interesting because each participant in the team put something from their own tradition, transforming the decorations made into something unique and original. Everyone's desire to get involved was also increased by the charitable nature of the action, the ornaments created will be given for the charity for the Association Stowarzyszenia Przyjaciół Szkoły i Dzieci „Nad Łyną” at the Christmas Fair.
