Unfortunately, the last day of our Greek mobility has arrived.
We started the day by finalizing and presenting the impactful posters we had created, each conveying the message of positive change for our environment. As we reflected on our collective knowledge gained, each of us also polished our individual 'Change Starts with Us!' environmental behavior plans, sharing and discussing them in a forum setting.
To put our learning to the test, we engaged in a final online quiz using Kahoot! This quiz covered the comprehensive knowledge accumulated throughout our program. Playing individually, we challenged each other in a friendly competition. The participant crowned as the Ecology Master emerged as the victor. It was a delightful culmination of our shared learning experience, showcasing our dedication and commitment to environmental awareness and action.
As this was our last day in Greece, we had to say goodbye to our Greek friends, which was a very sad moment. However, we are sure that all of the connections we made will last for a long time. We also hope, that we all will be able to apply what we have learned during this mobility into our lifes, to better take care of our ecosystem.

On our next to last day in Greece, we delved into an exciting ecological and biological exploration, aiming to unravel the European Green Deal and the future landscape of energy.
Through an interactive session, together with our Greek friends, we dived into a comprehensive lesson on renewable energy sources, seeking answers regarding the European Green Deal and the evolution of electricity and energy. Engaging in group discussions, we collectively assessed the opportunities and risks associated with diverse renewable energy sources. Encouraging an exchange of innovative ideas, we shared thoughts on innovative energy generation methods. To add an element of friendly competition, we held a vote to select the most creative idea, awarding the winning contributor with a sweet reward.

On this day, we dedicated our efforts to environmental awareness and community engagement, aiming to create a positive impact together.
We engaged in discussions exploring how seemingly small actions, such as excessive clothes shopping or high beef consumption, can significantly harm the environment. Through spirited debates, we collectively examined our true impact on the environment and dove into the complexities of consumerism. Together, we brainstormed decisions and strategies to become better stewards of our planet, questioning the potential influence of individual actions on environmental well-being.
Later, in multicultural groups, leveraging our collective creativity and skills, we joined forces to design impactful posters using Canva. These posters served as visual narratives, advocating for behavioral changes and highlighting the profound impact of even the smallest individual actions on our planet's health.

Next day in Greece means, that our ecological journey continued. Together with our Greek peers, we explored our individual carbon footprints using an online tool and sharpened our digital skills with Canva for creative projects.
Our shared learning extended to understanding the features of sustainable organic farming and unraveling the essence of 'eco-friendly' food. Collaboratively, we delved into concepts like food miles, calculating their impact practically. Through 'Follow the Food' website we navigated the intricate relationship between our dietary choices and environmental contributions, calculating our carbon footprint based on our eating habits.
This day was very eye-opening for us, as it made us see, how our day to day habits can have a negative impact on our planet.

Post-screening, we initiated discussions concerning the current state of global waters and the substantial impact of human activities on underwater life. Together, we explored the activities most detrimental to underwater biota and discussed the importance of sustainable fishing practices for our environment.
Additionally, we collectively examined the pressing issue of the Pacific island of rubbish, exchanging thoughts on its implications for our ecosystems. Working together with our Greek counterparts made these experiences more enriching and insightful.
