Hello MUL Surgery Club Members! The time, date and location for elections has been set and it is as follows:

Thursday, May 24th at 5:00pm
Simulation Center, 2nd floor of Deans Office

Nominations are still being accepted so make sure to send them in as soon as possible.

We would like to announce that self nominations for all Surgery Club positions for next year are now being accepted until May 23, 2018.

The six positions up for election are as follows:

• President – 1 year term
• Vice President – 1 year term
• Secretary – 1 year term
• Events Chair – 1 year term
• Media – 1 year term
• Public Relations – 1 year term

You are invited to submit nominations for any of the executive board positions by sending a message to our page with the following information:

1. Name
2. Program
3. Primary position you are interested in
4. Secondary position you are interested in

Please note that nominees can also apply for a second position if interested.

On the day of the election, nominees will be given a chance to present a brief statement of interest to club members who will then cast their votes. Nominees are encouraged to express their suitability for the desired position during this time.

The time and date for the election will be announced in the upcoming days!
