Studies in Central and Eastern Europe: histories cultures and societes is a new BA degree course for both Polish and non-Polish citizens.
CEE Studies is a combination of theoretical knowledge with practical skills. In addition to the transfer of knowledge of the history and culture of Central and Eastern Europe with particular emphasis on the XIX and XX centuries, we want to allow students access to practice in both public institutions and private enterprises as well as develop the skills needed in today's labor market as soft skills, interpersonal skills and self-organizing skills.

2019 just started and we are already fully back at studying! :-) Today we had the chance to visit the Krakow City Museum with Prof. Szmytka as part of our Urban Escape Workshop. It was very interesting and fascinating seeing the development of this great city throughout the centuries!

1st of november is All Saints Day and also the day when the cemeteries turn into an unique sight! Many people go to the cemetery and light a candle to remember their beloved once. You should definitely go to Rakowicki Cmentarz in Kraków to see the beautiful event of thousounds of candles lightening up the dark night.
