👩‍💻 Online classes - take care of our students during the day/afternoon lesson blocks

💰 65-80 PLN gross (per clock hour) - we value your time and commitment

Why is language assessment a crucial step in effective ? 🤝

When recruiting for an international team or company, it’s not uncommon to receive resumés declaring varying levels of language proficiency. Some estimate it on a scale of 1-10, while others go by CEFR or other applicable scales. It means that, more often than not, recruiters end up with just that – estimates 🤷

This may result in turning down qualified candidates in the early stages of your recruitment process ❌ Why is that?

The answer lies in the Dunning-Kruger effect 🧠 According to the study, people with low ability at a given task tend to overestimate their skills as they know neither the intricacies nor the expected results 📉 The opposite is also hypothesized to be true.
