You will have a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of a strategic project to develop innovative antioxidant solutions to improve beer stability, looking to improve quality and shelf-life for brewers.
This is a 2.5 year fixed-term Postdoctoral role ideal for PhD graduates in brewing or a related discipline.
