ERASMUS BIP – Cultural heritage and real estate investments in historical towns
W projekcie uczestniczyło blisko 50 studentów z 8 uniwersytetów (Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata, Technical University of Munich, Krakow University of Economics, Technical University of Vienna, European University Cyprus, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești, Fenerbahçe University). Naszą liczną 10-osobową reprezentację wspierały dr Małgorzata Uhruska i dr inż.
Gratulujemy wszystkim uczestnikom!

We are delighted and proud to share that students from the Real Estate and Investment Studies took part in the Erasmus Blended Intensive Program (BIP). The first part took place online from 7–11 September, followed by on-site classes at Tor Vergata University of Rome from 21–25 September. The event was held under the patronage of ERES.
The project brought together nearly 50 students from 8 universities (Tor Vergata University of Rome, Technical University of Munich, Krakow University of Economics, Technical University of Vienna, European University Cyprus, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești, Fenerbahçe University). Our 10-student delegation was supported by Małgorzata Uhruska, PhD and Joanna Węgrzyn, PhD.
The program combined academic knowledge with insights from real estate market professionals. Students attended lectures delivered by university representatives and experts from organisations including Deloitte, CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and the Italian Banking Association. An important part of the program was a field trip to Cerveteri, where students explored the local real estate market as well as the town’s culture and architecture. They also had the opportunity to take part in an Etruscan ceramics workshop.
A key element of the program was working in international teams and developing projects focused on real estate investment. The week concluded with presentations of the students’ projects.
Congratulations to all the participants! We hope that the knowledge gained, new connections and international experiences will be wind beneath your professional wings. We are delighted to have been part of this special initiative.
Special thanks go to Prof. Gianluca Mattarocci for organising the programme and inviting us to take part. Initiatives like this show that learning is not only about gaining knowledge, but also about meeting others, working together and creating memories that last.
