We have recently talked about „WHITEOUT" in our classes when revising: winter vocabulary. Now, we should also remind the word „BLACKOUT”.

We are all aware of the war taking place in Ukraine at this very moment. We are maybe not all aware of what it practically means in the context of winter and power cuts.

I am not going to go into any lengthy explanations. I will simply write that my husband is driving to Ukraine, this month, to deliver as many power generators, drugs and tools as the money collection he has established will allow. Still before Christmas.
