Small changes matter most—a more confident voice, greater courage to speak up, stronger connections with others. Teachers spot them long before grades appear, because they see their students every day.
Watch the reel and hear what has truly changed in students after the first semester.

Wawel International School and Preschool
International primary school and preschool with Cambridge Primary Programme and National Curriculum.
Children learn best when they feel safe — when they know they can ask questions, make mistakes, and try again. When there are adults around who see not only results, but also emotions, relationships, and the small signals of everyday school life.
This invisible layer of school is what allows children to truly open up to learning and growth.
Want to see how we build this kind of environment every day at Wawel International School? Watch the reel and ask about admissions for 2026 to get to know our school from the inside.

🍕 Pizza Day! 🍕
We let our students take the mic and talk about their favourite pizza toppings.
We expected many answers…
Pepperoni? Hawaiian? Four cheeses?
But the result surprised us 😄
One pizza stole the show:
Margherita.
Proof that some things really are universal.
Happy Pizza Day!
❄️ Winter break is in full swing! ❄️
This is what our students told us about their plans for the break—cozy days and adventures included! 🌨️✨
We hope you’re having lots of fun and recharging your batteries before coming back to school refreshed and ready for new challenges 💙
Our school & preschool carnival was an absolute blast 🎉
There was music, dancing, endless laughter — and yes… a surprisingly large number of ducks 🦆🦆🦆 The children had an amazing time celebrating together, fully immersed in the carnival spirit from start to finish.
The fun wouldn’t have been the same without the wonderful animators from the 𝗣𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁 team, who kept the energy high all day long. And we have to say — our students truly outdid themselves with their creative, colorful costumes. So much imagination on display! ✨

In the British Programme, learning doesn’t start with definitions to memorise.
It starts with a question, a conversation, and an attempt to understand why things work the way they do.
Children learn how to think, compare solutions, draw conclusions, and explain their own reasoning — instead of repeating ready-made answers.
That’s why knowledge stays with them longer, and learning stops being a race for the “right” answer.
If you’d like to see what education built on thinking — not memorisation — really looks like, ask about enrolment for WIS 2026 and see the school in action.

It starts with an idea. Then come the questions: where to begin, what matters most, how to divide responsibilities. Working in small teams, students learn to plan step by step and take responsibility—not only for themselves, but for the whole group.
At Wawel International School, projects become lessons in collaboration, critical thinking, and action—skills that truly matter for the future.
If you want your child to learn this way, ask about admissions to WIS for 2026.

Another weekend, another wonderful adventure for Bamboo the Panda! 🌟🐼
This time, Bamboo spent his special weekend with Tomek, and what a cozy and fun-filled visit it was!
Tomek made sure Bamboo felt right at home by creating a super comfy bed in his drawer — the perfect panda hideaway for a good night’s sleep. 🛏️🐼 Together, they got ready for the upcoming carnival, trying on Tomek’s costume and getting into the festive spirit. 🎭✨
There was plenty of action too! Tomek took Bamboo sledding, which brought lots of laughter and excitement, and they spent time building LEGO creations — teamwork at its finest! 🧱💛
To top it all off, Bamboo met Tomek’s doggy friend, making a brand-new buddy along the way. 🐶🐾
Moments like these show how special our panda tradition is — encouraging creativity, responsibility, and joyful learning while strengthening the connection between school and home. We loved hearing Tomek’s story during our class presentation!
We can’t wait to see where Bamboo will go next! ✨🐼

In one school day, children learn far more than just subjects.
They learn how to work as a team, how to say “I don’t understand,” how to try again, and how to listen to someone with a different idea.
These small moments — a conversation during break, a shared project, a decision made together — slowly build something far more important than a list of topics from a textbook.
Take a look and see what children truly learn at school every day.
If you’re looking for a place that develops not only knowledge, but the whole child, get to know Wawel International School and ask about admissions for 2026.

Stonehenge class panda Bamboo is officially a world traveler! 🌍🐼
This time, his weekend adventure took him all the way to London with our administration team members.
Bamboo had a very important mission — he attended BETT UK, one of the world’s biggest education fairs, where he learned about exciting new approaches to learning, innovative tools, and creative ideas from schools around the globe. Talk about a panda with a growth mindset! 📚✨
Of course, there was time for sightseeing too! Bamboo stopped by the iconic Big Ben and couldn’t resist taking a selfie 📸🇬🇧. He also visited Chinatown, which made him feel right at home and reminded him of where he comes from💛
We love how Bamboo’s journeys show our students that learning happens everywhere — not just in the classroom — and that curiosity can take you far!
What will Bamboo do next? ✨🐼

In the British approach, a mistake doesn’t mean “something went wrong.” It means learning is happening. It’s the moment when a child pauses, reflects, adjusts their strategy, and tries again.
Instead of focusing only on the correct answer, students are encouraged to explain how they reached a solution. What worked? What didn’t? What could be done differently? What other paths are possible?
Research on learning shows that this is exactly when the brain learns best — when we make a mistake and take time to analyse it. The Cambridge British Programme builds on this every day: through projects, open-ended questions, discussions, and tasks with no single “perfect” answer.
As a result, children learn to think, test ideas, and not be afraid to try. Over time, they gain something far more valuable than quick results — confidence and the courage to take on challenges.
If you want your child to learn in a school where mistakes are a natural part of growth, ask about admissions to Wawel International School for 2026 and book a meeting with us.
