Powodzenia w dalszej karierze! 🚀

Volunteering at the Institute for Work and Career Foundation is an opportunity to develop skills essential to functioning effectively in the modern European labour market 🇪🇺.
Participants of the European Solidarity Corps program know this well. Working in an international environment, they expand their professional, personal, linguistic, and cultural horizons, and strengthen their European identity 📈.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Anna and Maria, who came to us from Ukraine 🇺🇦 and Greece 🇬🇷. Through tasks such as working with international groups of interns 👥, providing marketing support for the organisation 🗣️, and participating in cultural activities, the volunteers developed their professional potential 💼 and strengthened their international awareness and practical foreign-language skills.
Their acquired competencies were confirmed by the award of a Youthpass certificate recognised throughout the European Union.
After completing their mobility, our participants—encouraged by the incredible experience of participating in the European Solidarity Corps—often express a desire to further develop their international cooperation, and this is also true for Anna and Maria. Good luck in your further career! 🚀
