Spend two weeks learning how modern technologies are changing agriculture through smart farming, drone applications, sustainability and digital tools, together with students and lecturers from different countries.

🥟International researchers and PhD students are warmly invited to take part in a hands‑on integration event, organised as part of the “Cultural adaptation in Poland” cycle.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make Polish pierogi, experience local culinary tradition and spend time with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

The event will be hosted at the Multicultural Centre in Kraków, operated by Fundacja IB Polska.

Participation in the event is free of charge.🆓

Institute of Nuclear Physics – PAS,

📢 New DAAD Scholarship Programme: “Future Network Weimar Triangle: Science for Europe”

Doctoral and postdoctoral researchers from all disciplines are invited to apply for the new DAAD programme supporting international research cooperation between Germany, France, and Poland.

👩‍💼Jak skutecznie uczyć o rolnictwie i zmianach klimatu w świecie, który nie daje czasu na stopniowe adaptacje? Choć różnice klimatyczne między regionami — od niedoborów wody w Europie po monsuny w Azji — są wyraźne, wyzwania pozostają zaskakująco podobne. Kluczowe znaczenie mają dziś:
👉zrównoważone rolnictwo,
👉odporność na zmiany klimatu
👉efektywne przekazywanie wiedzy, oparte na współpracy międzynarodowej i wspólnym języku działań.

Tematem odcinka jest projekt HARVEST — inicjatywa typu Capacity Building, której celem jest wzmocnienie instytucji szkolnictwa wyższego w Azji Południowo-Wschodniej (Indonezja, Wietnam, Kambodża) w zakresie transformacji zrównoważonych systemów rolno-żywnościowych. Projekt koncentruje się nie tylko na zakresie przekazywanej wiedzy, ale przede wszystkim na sposobach jej nauczania. Obejmuje to wdrażanie nowoczesnych metod dydaktycznych, wykorzystanie narzędzi cyfrowych oraz ściślejsze powiązanie edukacji z realnymi wyzwaniami środowiskowymi i gospodarczymi.

🌏 DUO-Korea 2026 – Call for Applications Now Open!

Applications are now open for the DUO-Korea 2026 Fellowship Programme, which supports student exchange between South Korea and ASEM European countries, including Poland.

The programme provides financial support for academic exchange in Korea.

📅 Application period:
April 3 – May 20, 2026
according to Korean local time.

💶 Fellowship amount:
EUR 8,000 per student pair
meaning EUR 4,000 for each student.

👥 The programme is based on a paired exchange:
– a student from a Korean institution goes to a European institution,
– a student from a European institution goes to a Korean institution.

📌 The exchange must take place between:
August 2026 and the end of July 2027

⚠️ Important: the application is submitted by the Korean institution on behalf of both institutions and students. Interested students should contact the relevant International Relations Office at their university.
