On Monday, the Diplomacy Society CoE Natolin and the students of College of Europe in Natolin had the honor of hosting a panel discussion titled “Past, Present and Future of the Visegrád Group”, moderated by Adam Reichardt, New Eastern Europe Editor-in-Chief.
A diplomatic representative of each member state of the group was present, giving us an insightful conversation on the current role of the V4 in the EU and its future prospective regarding the European Union. A

Last week, the Diplomacy Society CoE Natolin visited the Ambasada Izraela w Polsce. Our students had the opportunity to talk with H.E. Alexander Ben Zvi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to Poland, as well as with other members of the Israeli diplomatic mission.
The topics that were discussed were related to the EU-Israel relations, the Israeli-Polish relations as well as Israel as a start-up Nation.

Last week members of the Diplomacy Society CoE Natolin had the privilege to be received by H.E. Emil Yalnazov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to Poland in the beautiful building of the Bulgarian Embassy in Warsaw (Посолство на Рeпублика България във Варшава / Ambasada Bułgarii). It was an insightful experience, given the discussed topics, such as the EU enlargement in the Western Balkans and the Bulgarian engagement in the process during the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2018 and the Bulgarian and North Macedonian joint presidency of the Berlin Process in 2020.
The whole society is grateful for such an experience and we all appreciated the kindness of H.E. Emil Yalnazov and the rest of the members of the Embassy.

Yesterday a delegation of the Diplomacy Society CoE Natolin was received by H.E. Orsolya Zsuzsanna Kovács at Ambasada Węgier / Varsói Magyar Nagykövetség. We had the chance to talk about many topics varying from Hungarian-Polish relations, the role of Hungary and the Visegrad Group in the EU and diplomacy as a profession.

We are grateful for the opportunity and for the hospitality of the Ambassador.

We are now looking very much forward to the next visits and events we have planned for 2020.

Last Monday, our members had the great opportunity to participate in an event organised by the Warsaw-based Centre for International Relations and the renowned PEW Research Centre from Washington, DC. Mr. Jacob Poushter, who is an associate director at PEW, presented us the results of the research centre's current, big project, titled "Three Decades after the Fall of the Berlin Wall - Public Opinions in Europe" and answered our questions. Besides very interesting, first-hand insights into this important topic, the meeting offered us the opportunity to also get to know new, interesting personalities.
We are thankful for the invitation sent to us and we are looking forward to welcome our members again at one of our events very soon.

Dear friends and members of our society,

yesterday, we started the "diplomatic year" at the College of Europe in Natolin with a fantastic joint event with the Forum Młodych Dyplomatów. The participants got highly interesting, first-hand insights from our speakers into the role of young people in diplomacy and foreign policy. We are glad the first event and the cooperation with the Forum of Young Diplomats went so well. This only motivates us not to slow down and keep working hard in order to constantly generate added value for our members throughout the year.

We are looking forward to see you soon at one of our next events that are already in the pipeline!
