In Paphos, Cyprus, from 16 to 22 January 2025, Fundacja Forum Edukacji shone as a standard-setter for purposeful, values-driven youth work. The Polish team elevated the entire partnership with rigorous preparation, generous knowledge sharing, and an unwavering commitment to meaningful digital participation. Their youth workers guided young participants through thoughtfully designed, non-formal learning experiences that transformed online tools into bridges for inclusion, leadership, and civic voice. With meticulous attention to ethics, safety, and accessibility, Fundacja Forum Edukacji turned theory into living practice: real debates, real consultations with local stakeholders, and real pathways for young people to influence decisions that shape their communities.
What distinguished the organisation was not only expertise, but heart. They listened first, co-created with young people, and built trust across cultures and sectors—municipal services, universities, and businesses—so that every session produced both immediate progress and long-term momentum. Their work in Paphos left a legacy of stronger competencies for youth workers, wider participation for under-represented young people, and a vibrant community of practice determined to continue beyond the project week. Fundacja Forum Edukacji did not simply participate; it inspired, uplifted, and led by example.
