Gosia will be presenting findings from UCL MA research on management support provided to Primary EFL teachers in Poland during the 2020-21 Emergency Remote Teaching. Focusing on teachers’ perspectives, she will explore key lessons learnt. The aim of this talk is to present findings of the UCL MA study on management responses offered to Primary EFL teachers in Poland during the 2020-21 Emergency Remote Teaching. The research explores lessons learned, focusing on teachers' views. These insights are invaluable for future policy and practice, offering a deeper understanding of YL online education challenges and strategies.

👩‍🎓Researcher: Małgorzata Malinowska-Gdaniec, teacher (Poland, Qatar, Oman and Vietnam), manager (EY & Primary courses at British Council Poland) and teacher trainer (TYLEC Tutor) with 20+ experience in ELT. She holds an MA in TEFL and Cambridge English DELTA with a YL specialism. Currently a post-graduate student in Applied Educational Leadership at UCL (UK).
