📣Time to summaries "Seniors Can Do More!" project with
Seniors from Poland (specifically the Lublin region) and Calabria - Italy.

Senior participants:

👍improved their digital and communication skills,
👍improved first aid skills,
👍discovered new ways to spend their free time,
👍enhanced their well-being and empathy,
👍developed artistic passions (through art and art therapy workshops) by creating unique works,
👍learning more about their respective countries and the European Union as a community,
👍challenged stereotypes, and
👍 forged friendships and connections.
👍explored each other's traditions, cultures, lifestyles, and passions.
Seniors shared books close to their hearts and encouraged reading by using digital tools (such as Canva) to create video previews of books that mattered to them. These trailers were published on our partners' reading platform and on our own website: https://stowarzyszeniesiw.pl/index.php/projekty/2025/e .

The association teams:

✅ improved their language, communication, and management skills,
✅exchanged ideas and experiences regarding project implementation and adult education.

We published our reflections on the project in a collection of good practices: "Our First Erasmus+".

Today we will realize the final EVALUATION MEETING of the project "Seniors can do more" that involved seniors of our local territory in the Calabria region and seniors of the area near Lublin in Poland.

It has been a very intense period of our lives. We really developed a sincere cultural exchange - Italy - Poland and we all learned the most as possible from this experience.

This project determined the upgrade of the JUMP team in the field of adult education.
We empowered our internal competences and we defined a concrete possible learning scenario for this beautiful target.

We could title the project, instead of "Seniors can do more" ,
seniors are giving us - BY HEART - more and more without stop!

24/04/2026 Digital and communication workshop for seniors as a part of international project: Seniors can do more! 🇵🇱🇮🇹
Putting into practice the experience gained in cooperation with the Italian partner. Our trainer Anastasia created a workshop inspired by Erika's one, expanded to include elements of impactful communication through text, font, and color. We also spent time together reminiscing about the atmosphere, art and Italian food at the Bona restaurant in Lublin. Now we'll be working on trailers...
