Poznaj wyjątkową osobę, którą zapraszam do Centrum Shiatsu
Od wielu lat prowadzi zajęcia w szkołach zawodowych, warsztaty, seminaria i retreaty poświęcone m.in. świadomości ucieleśnionej, pracy z oddechem, ruchem i świadomą obecnością.
Dlaczego zapraszam ją do Centrum Shiatsu?
Doceniam też jej umiejętność łączenia wieloletniej praktyki Shiatsu z nowoczesnym podejściem do świadomości ciała i obecności ucieleśnionej.
Antigoni będzie gościnią Centrum Shiatsu w Gdyni 28 i 29 września.
„Rezyliencja w praktyce Shiatsu – wprowadzenie”
Zapraszam do Przestrzeni Centrum Shiatsu.
O nich i o zapisach napiszę w osobnym poście.
Do zobaczenia w Przestrzeni. 🌿
🇬🇧
Meet a special person whom I’m delighted to welcome to the Shiatsu Center.
Antigoni Tsegeli is a holistic therapist, educator, and facilitator of practices that foster embodied awareness.
For more than 25 years, she has explored the relationship between the body, awareness, and human experience, combining traditional approaches to bodywork with contemporary somatic methods.
She began her journey in the mid-1990s, studying Zen Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine under the guidance of Maria Charlet—a Belgian therapist who introduced Shiatsu to Greece.
Her experience includes Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine, somatic work, and other approaches that support well-being and the development of body awareness. For many years, she has taught at vocational schools and led workshops, seminars, and retreats devoted, among other things, to embodied awareness, breathwork, movement, and conscious presence.
Why am I inviting her to the Shiatsu Center?
I value Antigoni for the way she meets another person—with attentiveness, sensitivity, and respect for their individual experience and boundaries.
She shares an approach in which a sense of safety—psychological, relational, and ethical—is the foundation of both work and learning.
This is important to me and to the Shiatsu Center Space as well: I want to create a place where people can experience, learn, and share whatever arises—with respect, attentiveness, and without crossing their own boundaries.
I also appreciate her ability to combine many years of Shiatsu practice with a modern approach to body awareness and embodied presence.
Our collaboration over the past several months has been personally very meaningful to me. It has brought me greater awareness in relation to my own therapeutic practice, a greater ability to make space for myself and for another person, and body-focused practices that help me be even more present—in conversation, during bodywork sessions, and between meetings.
Another important aspect for me is her experience of working with women and with themes related to femininity—including exploring the relationship between the feminine and the masculine within personal Shiatsu practice, as well as developing resilience.
Antigoni will be a guest at the Shiatsu Center in Gdynia on September 28 and 29.
On September 29, she will lead a two-hour experiential session for Shiatsu practitioners and people working with the body through other modalities:
“Resilience in Shiatsu Practice—An Introduction”
During the session, we will explore how awareness of our own body, thoughts, intentions, and needs can support a more attentive relationship with clients and a more grounded way of working.
There will be space for experience, reflection, practice, and conversation, as well as an opportunity to meet this experienced therapist and educator.
You are warmly invited to the Shiatsu Center Space.
On September 28 and 29, Antigoni will also be available for individual Shiatsu sessions at the Shiatsu Center. I will share more information about these sessions and registration in a separate post.
See you in the Space. 🌿
