Baltica International Harp Course

The “Baltica International Harp Course” was born from the cooperation between the OSM, the Music Academy and the Baltic Philharmonic with the initiative to promote the harp in Gdańsk and Pomerania.
The course is meant for students of all ages. Students are encouraged to work on different spheres of harp playing, such as solo repertoire, chamber music and orchestral excerpts.
During the duration of the course (29th of June until the 7th of July)
students will receive individual lessons everyday. Such lessons are open to the public so other students may benefit from listening and observing. Workshops for group activities are also planned, with subjects such as preparation for orchestral auditions and music for harp written by Polish composers.
We are happy to welcome students from every country and hope to create a friendly and highly educational atmosphere on this first edition of the “Baltica International Harp Course” in the beautiful city of Gdańsk.
