🇬🇧 I’m excited about the upcoming IATEFL Conference in Brighton!

I’m really looking forward to gaining new insights, fresh ideas, and valuable experience, as well as catching up with fellow teachers and friends.

I won’t be presenting this year, but next year I definitely won’t miss the application deadline 🤪

And, as has already become a bit of a tradition, I’m going with my fellow teachers, Ewa and Ola whom I met through IATEFL Poland🫶🏻

🇵🇱 Z niecierpliwością czekam na nadchodzącą konferencję IATEFL w Brighton!
Bardzo się cieszę na możliwość zdobycia nowej wiedzy, świeżych pomysłów i cennego doświadczenia, a także spotkania z innymi nauczycielami i znajomymi.

W tym roku nie występuję, ale w przyszłym na pewno nie przegapię terminu zgłoszeń 🤪

I już tradycyjnie jadę razem z moimi koleżankami po fachu - Ewą i Olą, które poznałam dzięki IATEFL Poland🫶🏻

As many of you know, I’ve always loved teaching. It’s my passion to share knowledge, help others reach their goals, and keep learning myself. Being a multilingual English teacher allows me to connect with diverse people and cultures, and I’m constantly inspired by the opportunities to grow and make a difference.

This year, I’ve set an exciting goal for myself: attending a teachers' conference in Edinburgh this April. The conference is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the latest advancements in teaching and technology, meet other passionate educators, and bring back innovative ideas to share with my students.

For my birthday, instead of gifts, I’d love your support in making this dream a reality. Every contribution, big or small, will help me cover travel, accommodation, and conference expenses.

Lago Como 🌊

This is the third largest lake in Italy (one of the largest in Europe), located only 40 km from Milan. In the spring, we went on a boat cruise along small towns, and this time we just walked along the embankment.
🤌🏻Incredibly calm, relaxed atmosphere, breathtaking views, absolutely clean water, reconstructed embankment, impressive cathedral Il Domo di Como.

On Saturday we decided to go to Lugano (another lake, but already on a Swiss🇨🇭side) by train, but couldn’t get the tickets (sold out!), so Como was a quick solution.
The train from Milan to Como was packed!🥵 If you go there on a Saturday, you have to be ready to stand all the way from Milan to Como S. Giovanni (about 1h). The tickets can be bought either online or at the station (5 euros one way).

🇺🇦 У суботу була гарна погода і ми вирішили поїхати до Лугано (озеро вже в Швейцарії недалеко від Комо) потягом, але не змогли купити квитки (розпродані!), тому швидким рішенням було поїхати на Комо.
Потяг з Мілана до Комо був забитий!🥵 Якщо їхати туди в суботу (ще й не з самого ранку), ви повинні бути готові простояти всю дорогу з Мілана до Комо Сан-Джованні (трохи більше години) без можливості поворохнутися.
💸Квитки можна купити онлайн або на вокзалі - 5 євро в одну сторону.

🌊Це трете по розміру озеро Італії (та одне з найглибших в Європі), знаходиться лише в 40км від Мілану. Весною ми їздили на кораблику по маленьким містечкам, а цього разу просто прогулялися вдовж набережної.
🤌🏻Неймовірно спокійна, невимушена атмосфера, захоплюючі краєвиди, абсолютно чиста вода, реконструйована набережна, вражаючий собор Il Domo di Como.
