An English NATIVE/ NON-NATIVE, but FLUENT IN ENGLISH wanted for a position of an English language teacher at our language school in Bydgoszcz.
We are looking for teachers who would like to join our team and conduct classes for children, teenagers and adults in the 2023/2024 academic year.
FAQ:
1. We give you a lot of freedom in teaching, all of our framework rules are clear - you will know where you stand.
2. We are always here to help, guaranteeing substantive support at every step. We have multiple, paid trainings for our new employees and we are there for you 24/7, ensuring constant contact with the rest of our team and teachers. Our cooperation is based on a partnership.
3. We run stationary courses and individual classes at branches in Bydgoszcz and the surrounding areas - our groups are small, 2-7 people (matched to the level of their language knowledge) and consist of children and teenagers of the same age. We teach children from 2-5 years of age, from 6-18 years of age and adults. We prepare our students for the 8th grade exam/ matura exam (lower and advanced levels)/ TOEFL, IELTS, FCE, SAT/ Business English (Legal English, etc.).
4. We provide our own textbooks and teaching/learning aids - we have a wide range of them, from puppets, flashcards, dictionaries, books to educational and multimedia programs.
5. We respect your time - classes are always held on time, you are being informed about any change in the schedule up to two days in advance or will receive the full price for these classes,
6. We offer 40pln-120pln for 60 minutes of classes depending on the type of contract, your experience and type of course held,
7. We are punctual - you will receive your salary by the 10th of each month.
8. We ensure you about the bare minimum bureaucracy - you will be able to focus fully on teaching and the students' results.
9. WE DESIGN A SCHEDULE OF CLASSES ACCORDING TO YOU AND YOUR AVAILABILITY :)
Our teachers are required to be:
fluent in English, preferably a native speaker
responsible, fully-involved in leading the courses
tolerant and open-minded.
teaching experience is appreciated, but not a must
students of English philology and applied linguistics are very much welcome.
Our cooperation may be treated as a part-time job or more, depending on your will and results.
