Institute of Biopolymers and Chemical Fibres is a Polish scientific research unit, in which there are numerous laboratories and research teams.
Activity of the Institute is interdisciplinary and covers areas such as biopolymers, functional thermoplastics, including biodegradable, bioprocesses and biocatalysis for polymers and fibers, biomaterials, nanotechnology, processing of polymer and fibres, films, microforms, and nano-fibrous, woven, and others. Applied research at the Institute are focused primarily on the application of the result
