A student exhibition is a good way of presenting effects of works of students and teachers who feel the need to work in the field of ‘Textile Art’ in the fast changing world. It is impossible to ignore changes which we are witnessing and experiencing. One cannot but notice that the need for confrontation, exchange of opinions and consolidation is more real than ever before.

We hope that this May day will become an opportunity for a debate on the present situation and the future of education in the field of art with special regard to textile art and textile design.
