Classes with dr Marta Hereźniak are cancelled on the 3rd of November 2022.

On the basis of the Announcement of the Rector of the University of Lodz of September 26, 2022, and the Decree of the Dean of WSMiP UŁ of October 6, 2022, classes on October 14 from 08.00 to 18.00 are canceled.

We contact you to request you collaboration in the dissemination of the second online Compostela Debate Tournament, which will take place on 7-11 November 2022. The activity is jointly organized by the Compostela Group of Universities and the University of Pécs.

The training is free for CGU students and the working language is English. Through it, participants will learn how to make arguments using British Parliamentary Debate techniques and improve their critical thinking, public speaking and debating skills. A special part of the program will include an online debate tournament with both written argumentation submissions and actual debate speeches.

We invite you to visit the webpage of the Compostela Debate Tournament, to have all the details.

The deadline for the submission of applications is 15 October 2022. They must be submitted through the online application form available on the webpage of the activity. The list of selected students will be published in the last week of October.

Students who pass the course will receive a diploma of recognition. Besides, at some member universities, participation will also be recognized by the awarding of credits.
