Today, our team is participating in 'Future Day', an event organised specifically for secondary school students who are on the cusp of choosing their higher education and career paths 🚀

This entire initiative is being run in collaboration with the Młodzi w Łodzi programme. Alongside Military Aviation Works No. 1 (WZL), we are showcasing the diverse career opportunities available within the Polish aerospace sector 🤝

Following their visit to WZL, the students arrived to tour the Bartolini Air training centre, located at the Władysław Reymont Airport in Łódź. Here, we are highlighting our premier 'ab initio' flight training programme, which takes students from zero aviation experience straight to the commercial airline cockpit in just two years ✈️

It was no ordinary weekend here at Bartolini Air, as we took to the skies for the hot air balloon competition at the Kujawy and Pomorze Balloon Festival 2026. Representing us on the flight line was our very own Maintenance Manager, Dariusz Zarzycki, flying alongside his daughter, Daria Zarzycka 🎈

The entire event was a spectacular visual display from both the ground and the air. We also want to extend our warmest congratulations to our flight crew for securing a brilliant 3rd place in the competition. To make the achievement even sweeter, this was Daria’s very first competitive aviation event, making it a truly unforgettable debut 🏆❤️

Our Ab Initio Integrated Training programme is designed specifically for those starting from scratch. It represents the fastest possible route to the flight deck of a commercial airliner. During this intensive course at Bartolini Air’s base in Poland, you will progress through the entire training cycle, earning all the necessary qualifications from a Private Pilot Licence (PPL) to a 'frozen' Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) 🧑‍✈️
