Our recent Primary School Talent Show was an absolute showstopper!

From exciting dance routines and beautiful singing to mind-boggling magic tricks and high-flying pogo-stick jumping, our pupils completely blew us away. We were also treated to dramatic drama performances, lightning-fast speed reading, hilarious comedy acts, and so much more! 🎭🔮🎤
The courage, creativity, and supportive team spirit displayed by all the children made it an unforgettable day. They proved that talent truly has no bounds! 🌟

Our pupils enjoyed a truly wonderful — and wonderfully messy — day of outdoor art. 🎨🌿
They painted absolutely everywhere and with absolutely everything: brushes, fingers, hands, feet… even whatever nature offered around them.
It was a brilliantly creative, inspiring day that let their imaginations run wild. ✨💛

🎓 A special guest in Secondary!

Our Secondary students had the pleasure of welcoming Dr Andrzej Kompa from the Institute of History at the University of Łódź 🎤📚

Dr Kompa is a distinguished Byzantinist with a strong commitment to public and civic life. He previously served as the Associate Dean for Teaching Quality and Academic Standards at the University of Łódź and is currently the Chairman of the Supreme Court’s Council of Lay Judges.

The theme of the talk was:
✨ “Freedom Isn’t Free: Civic Society and the Struggle for the Rule of Law”
— a discussion on the rule of law, the responsibility of those in power, and the role of civic society.

Our Foundation and Year 1 pupils enjoyed a wonderful trip to the Archaeological Museum in Biskupin, where they spent a truly unforgettable day. 🏺✨
The children took part in hands‑on clay workshops 🎨, listened to fascinating stories told by the guide 📖, and experienced a charming ride on the historic narrow‑gauge railway 🚂.

They explored the ancient settlement with great curiosity, asked brilliant questions, and embraced every activity with enthusiasm. 🌿💛
It was a day full of learning, laughter, and little adventures — the kind of memories that stay with children for a long time. 🌞😊

🏴‍☠️ Ahoy, Mateys! Adventure on the High Seas! 🏴‍☠️

Our sports facilities were transformed into the deck of the Hispaniola as our Drama Club and Choir took their first steps toward our upcoming production of "Treasure Island"!
To get into character, our students traded scripts for (practice) swords for an authentic fencing workshop. We were thrilled to host a competitive MCF (Modern Classical Fencing) contestant who put our young crew through their paces.
The energy was electric! From sharp lunges to dramatic poses, our students didn't just practice fencing—they truly became the pirates of Stevenson’s classic

Today we celebrated Children’s Day in the most magical way ✨🎈

Our entire school community — from Foundation, through Primary, to Secondary — was surprised with a wonderful celebration prepared with love by our heads and teachers 💖👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

No matter our age, there is a child living in each of us 🌟
Everyone deserves a moment to celebrate, to feel joy, and to experience something special — and today truly was that day 🎉💛

The school was filled with colour, laughter, smiles and the simple happiness of spending time together with friends, teachers and our amazing staff 🌈😄🤝
It was a day of freedom, fun, creativity and shared moments that will stay with us for a long time 🎨✨📸

Happy Children’s Day to every child — and to the child living in each of us 💛🎈🌟

🍓🧁 Strawberry season has officially begun, and our Baking Club bakers welcomed it with a delicious challenge — strawberry muffins with crumble!

This week’s baking session was a real test of skill and concentration, as our young bakers had to combine three different baking techniques, including preparing a tasty crumble topping. Reading and understanding the recipe details carefully played a very important role in achieving success. 👩‍🍳📖

While the muffins were baking in the oven, our bakers showed wonderful teamwork by cleaning, washing, and tidying up their workspaces. They also spent some cozy time reading two books aloud to each other. 📚✨

The final results were absolutely wonderful — the smell was amazing, the muffins looked beautiful, and most importantly, they tasted delicious! We received so many lovely compliments from the parents who came to pick up the children. 😊

Today we had the pleasure of hosting representatives from the Netherlands at our school . The year 10 and 12 students had a chance to learn more about studying in this beautiful country , find out about the educational programmes offered 🎓, and discover different aspects of academic life 🏫. The representatives of University College Tilburg answered all the questions ❓ and chatted to our students about their own university experience 💬. We know that some of our students are considering studying in the Netherlands and we hope this presentation helps them make the decision 🤞✨.
