💡 _Topic:_ Idea Generation

🎓 _Grade:_ 7th

Grade 7 campers completed the “📰 Future Headlines” activity as part of our Idea Generation module. After a quick warm-up with “What if?” 🤔 and “Yes, and…” 🎭 games, students were challenged to think 25 years ahead ⏩ and write newspaper headlines from the year 2050 📅.

Campers wrote headlines tackling real issues like 🌍 pollution, 🌳 deforestation, and 💔 poverty. Their 2050 news stories imagined solutions 💡🔧.

Each student created a headline + ✏️ illustration, then we built a “🗞️ Future News Wall” to share their ideas for a better tomorrow 🌟🌱.

Erupting with knowledge! 💥📚 Our Grade 6 students dove into the fiery world of volcanoes 🌋🔥 and the rock cycle 🔄🪨 through a creative, hands-on activity 🎨👐.

From building erupting models 🤯🌋 to mapping how igneous ➡️ sedimentary ➡️ metamorphic rocks transform ⛰️✨, they learned by doing - and had a blast doing it! 😄

Our future entrepreneurs 👩‍💼👨‍💼 took another exciting step into the business world 🌍 by exploring the concept of profit 💵. Students learned how profit helps businesses grow 🌱, improve their products 🛍️, and create new opportunities for success 🚀✨.

This lesson encouraged financial awareness 💡💰, entrepreneurial thinking 🧠🚀, and smart decision-making 📊✅—skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom 🏫🌟.
