Fazaia Inter College Malir proudly commemorated Marka-e-Haq with great patriotism, national spirit, and enthusiasm. The ceremony reflected the values of unity, sacrifice, resilience, and deep love for Pakistan.
The commemoration ceremony of Marka-e-Haq was celebrated at Fazaia Inter College Malir with great zeal and devotion. Students and teachers actively participated in various presentations, speeches, national songs, and tableaux to pay tribute to the sacrifices, bravery, and achievements of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
The Honourable Principal, Prof. Ather Adnan, in his motivational and visionary address, began his speech by highlighting the glorious history of the battles fought by Pakistan and the unmatched sacrifices rendered by the brave Armed Forces of Pakistan in all major conflicts, including 1947, 1965, 1971, Kargil, Operation Swift Retort, and especially the historic achievements of Pakistan Air Force during Marka-e-Haq and Operation Buniyan-ul-Marsos. He emphasized that the peace, stability, and sovereignty of Pakistan are the result of the sacrifices, dedication, and professionalism of our Armed Forces.
The Principal further stated that alongside the courageous role of the Armed Forces, Pakistan’s scientists, engineers, and national heroes have also played a historic role in strengthening the country. He particularly acknowledged the remarkable contributions of Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan, Dr. Samar Mubarakmand, and the teams of Pakistani scientists and engineers whose efforts enabled Pakistan to become Alhamdulillah the 7th Nuclear Power and the 1st Muslim Nuclear Power in the world.
He also highlighted that through the continuous efforts of Pakistani engineers and the strategic cooperation between Pakistan and China, Pakistan successfully developed the JF-17 Thunder fighter aircraft and is now manufacturing its own missiles, tanks, weapons systems, and more than 250 JF-17 fighter aircraft of Block-I, II, and III variants. He stated that today the Muslim world looks towards Pakistan with hope and confidence, and Pakistan is playing an effective and responsible leadership role at the international level.
Prof. Ather Adnan inspired the students to pursue excellence in modern fields including Artificial Intelligence, Expert Systems, Fighter Aircraft Manufacturing, Atomic and Missile Engineering, Space Technology, and other emerging sciences and technologies. He emphasized that today’s students are the future architects of the nation and InshaAllah they will serve Pakistan in prestigious national organizations including Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Navy, Bahria institutions, Atomic Energy organizations, Kamra Aviation facilities, Pakistan Ordnance Factories, and other strategic departments.
He further emphasized that the dedicated team of Fazaia teachers is making every possible effort to ensure that students become productive and contributing members of their families, society, and the country. He encouraged all students to remain focused, disciplined, hardworking, and committed to supporting deserving members of society through positive contributions and responsible citizenship.
At the conclusion of his inspiring speech, he recited the famous poetry of Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal:
"کافر ہے تو شمشیر پہ کرتا ہے بھروسہ
مومن ہے تو بے تیغ بھی لڑتا ہے سپاہی"
The ceremony created a strong sense of national pride, unity, patriotism, and motivation among all participants and left a lasting impact on the students and staff alike.
