The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“Take advantage of five before five: your youth before old age, your health before sickness, your wealth before poverty, your free time before busyness, and your life before death.”
(Al-Mustadrak ‘ala al-Hakim: 7846)

This Hadith is a powerful reminder about the value of time and blessings in our lives. It encourages us to make the most of our strength, health, and opportunities before they are gone. Islam teaches us not to delay good deeds, but to act while we have the ability and chance. By using these blessings wisely, we prepare for a successful life in both this world and the Hereafter.
