The Department of Sociology conducted the Research Viva Voce Examination for BS Sociology (Batch-VIII). Dr. Umar Daraz from the University of Malakand conducted the Viva Voce Examination as an External Examiner. He was accompanied by Mr. Wasif Khan(PhD Scholar) in China. Mr. Riaz Ullah (HoD) and Faculty members were also in attendance.

Internship Viva Voce Examination, BS Sociology (VI).

The Internal Viva Voce Examination of BS Sociology (Semester, VI) was held today at the Department of Sociology, GPGC Timergara. The Honourable Coordinator(BS)/Convener GSC, Dr. Zaheer Ahmad conducted the Viva voce examination as an External Examiner. All the students of BS Sociology (Semester VI) successfully defended their Internship reports. It is worth mentioning that these students conducted fieldwork in various organizations including; DYO, PRCS, BISP, Population Welfare, DATC, TMA, PHE, Child Protection and DHQ Timergara under the supervision of Mr. Salman Khan.

The 11th meeting of the Graduate Study Committee was held today. The meeting was chaired by the Honourable Principal, Prof. Dr. Saeed Ullah Jan and graced by all members including Convener, Dr. Zaheer Ahmad and Controller of Exam, Prof. Nizam Uddin. The meeting discussed the Research Theses of BS Sociology (8th Semester) students and approved them for onwards submission with minor changes. Prof. Riaz Ullah, Dr. Mansoor Ahmad and Prof. M. Shakir Ullah also attended the meeting as Supervisor's.

انتہائی رنج و غم کے ساتھ اطلاع دی جاتی ہے کہ ایک عرصے تک شعبہ عمرانیات جی پی جی سی تیمرگرہ میں تدریسی خدمات سرانجام دینے والے معلم محمد ابراھیم خان قضائے الٰہی سے انتقال کر گئے ہیں۔ مرحوم کی نماز جنازہ کا اعلان بعد میں کیا جائے گا۔
اللہ تعالیٰ مرحوم کو جنت الفردوس میں اعلیٰ مقام عطا فرمائے اور پسماندگان کو صبرِ جمیل عطا فرمائے۔کالج ھذا کی انتظامیہ اپنے مرحوم طالب علم اور استاد کے خاندان کے ساتھ اس عظیم صدمہ میں برابر کے شریک ہیں ۔
