Mr. Syed Naveed Ali Shah, Worthy Director of Private Institutions, Hyderabad Region, visited private schools in Thatta today, 16th December 2025 accompanied by his team. After visit a comprehensive meeting with school owners and heads from Districts Thatta and Sujawal was held at Makli Gymkhana, chaired by worthy Director Mr. Syed Naveed Shah, Monitoring Officer Mr. Raza Ali Panhwar and Office Superintendent Mr. Muhammad Siddiq Korejo.
The Chairman APSATS, Mr. Syed Azhar Shah, President APSATS, Madam Shazia Almas Khatri, cabinet members and all school's owners welcomed the guests and presented "AJRAK" to all the guests as traditional souvenir.

The agenda of meeting focused on key areas:
1. *10% Freeship Data*: Discussing allocation and reporting of freeship seats.
2. *PTA/SMC*: Strengthening school governance through active parent-teacher engagement.
3. *Undertaking Proforma by school heads*
4. *Parent Undertaking Proforma*: Ensuring transparency in freeship admissions.

The Director and Monitoring Officer provided detailed guidance, reviewed submitted documents, and appreciated the schools' efforts. The meeting nurtured a collaborative spirit, reinforcing the commitment to enhancing education standards in Thatta and Sujawal. 📚

- *Regulation of Social Media*: Social media platforms may be required to register with the government, establish local offices, and appoint representatives in Pakistan.
- *Content Regulation*: The act establishes a Digital Rights Protection Authority (DRPA) to regulate online content, investigate violations, and block unlawful material.
- *Penalties*: Individuals found guilty of disseminating false or fake information can face up to 3 years in prison and fines of Rs2 million.
- *National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA)*: The act replaces the Cyber Crime Wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) with the NCCIA, which will investigate cybercrimes and prosecute offenders.

پارلیمنٹ یا صوبائی اسمبلیوں کی کارروائی کے دوران حذف شدہ مواد کو نشر نہیں کیا جا سکتا.
ڈیجیٹل رائٹس پروٹیکشن اتھارٹی (DRPA): یہ اتھارٹی سوشل میڈیا پلیٹ فارمز پر نظر رکھے گی اور خلاف ورزیوں کی تحقیقات کرے گی.
نئی عدالتیں:
سوشل میڈیا کی شکایات کے لیے سوشل میڈیا کمپلینٹ کونسل قائم کی گئی ہے.
ان خلاف ورزیوں کو دیکھنے کے لیے ایک سوشل میڈیا پروٹیکشن ٹربیونل بھی قائم کیا گیا ہے.
ٹربیونل کے فیصلے کو 60 دنوں میں سپریم کورٹ میں چیلنج کیا جا سکتا ہے.
سزا اور جرمانہ:
جرمانے کی رقم 500,000 روپے سے بڑھا کر 2,000,000 روپے کر دی گئی ہے.
قید کی مدت 3 سال تک بڑھا دی گئی ہے.

A highly productive meeting was held with SSP Thatta at his office today(3rd Nov-2025).
The Chairman(Mr. Syed Azhar Shah) and cabinet members of APSATS(Mr. Jalil-ur-Rehman, Mr. Mushtaque Ali Soomro & Mr. Shujaat Ullah Khan) along with media person Mr. Fatir Shaikh engaged in a fruitful discussion with SSP Thatta regarding security concerns in Makli and Thatta, specifically focusing on the periods during school off timings. We appreciate SSP Thatta's commitment to enhancing security measures, as he assured the delegation that police patrolling will be conducted on a regular basis around schools to address these concerns.

All Private Schools Association Thatta & Sujawal (APSATS) convened its General Body Meeting today on 07/09/2025 in Makli Gymkhana at 10:00 AM, chaired by the esteemed Mr. Syed Azhar Shah(Chairman). The meeting focused on strengthening unity, professionalism, and constructive communication within the organization.

A key discussion centered on enhancing positive and collaborative interactions among members in the APSATS WhatsApp group. Chairman Syed Azhar Shah emphasized the importance of fostering a supportive and respectful environment, encouraging all members to uphold the association’s values and regulations to promote harmony. The cabinet members played a pivotal role in guiding the discussion with an unbiased approach, ensuring fairness and inclusivity.

The meeting also included the re-election of the organizational body. With the unanimous consent of all members present, the following positions were appointed for the upcoming term:
