🔬 Major Milestone for Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Graduates in Pakistan 🇵🇰

The Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC), Government of Pakistan, has reportedly approved structured, paid clinical residency opportunities for graduates—a positive step toward strengthening practical training and professional development in allied health professions.

For 4-Year BS programs, including Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT):

🔹 6 Months Paid Clinical Residency
🔹 Stipend: PKR 20,000–25,000 per month

As a fresh BS Medical Laboratory Technology graduate, I welcome this development and believe that structured clinical residency can provide fresh graduates with valuable hands-on experience, improve professional competency, and help prepare them for successful careers in healthcare.
