💻 ہم صرف کمپیوٹر نہیں سکھاتے، کمپیوٹر کا عملی استعمال سکھاتے ہیں!

Sir Faizan Academy میں کمپیوٹر کی تعلیم صرف کتابی معلومات یا روایتی لیکچر تک محدود نہیں۔ ہماری کوشش ہوتی ہے کہ 99٪ سیکھنے کا عمل Practical Work پر مشتمل ہو، تاکہ بچہ صرف کمپیوٹر کے بارے میں جاننے کے بجائے اسے خود استعمال کرنا، کام کرنا اور اپنی روزمرہ زندگی میں عملی طور پر اپلائی کرنا سیکھے۔

ہم ہر ٹاپک کے ساتھ بچوں کو یہ بھی سمجھاتے ہیں کہ:

🔹 یہ ٹول یا سافٹ ویئر کہاں استعمال ہوتا ہے؟
🔹 اس کے عملی فوائد کیا ہیں؟
🔹 روزمرہ زندگی میں یہ ہمارے لیے کیسے مفید ہو سکتا ہے؟
🔹 تعلیم، کاروبار اور مستقبل کے کیریئر میں اس کا کیا کردار ہے؟
🔹 مختلف کاموں کو آسان، تیز اور بہتر بنانے کے لیے اسے کیسے استعمال کیا جا سکتا ہے؟

📝 ٹیسٹ صرف نمبر کے لیے نہیں، سیکھنے کے لیے!

ہم وقتاً فوقتاً بچوں کا Practical Test لیتے ہیں تاکہ یہ جان سکیں کہ بچے نے صرف سبق سنا ہے یا واقعی اسے عملی طور پر سمجھ بھی لیا ہے۔

ٹیسٹ کے بعد ہماری کوشش ہوتی ہے کہ:

⭐ بہتر کارکردگی دکھانے والے بچوں کو Appreciate اور Motivate کیا جائے، تاکہ ان کا اعتماد بڑھے اور وہ مزید بہتر کرنے کے لیے تیار ہوں۔

⭐ جن بچوں کو کسی ٹاپک یا Practical Task میں مشکل پیش آئے، ان کی غلطیوں کی نشاندہی کی جائے۔

⭐ کمزور ٹاپکس کو دوبارہ Explain اور Revise کروایا جائے۔

⭐ بچوں کو دوبارہ Practical Practice کا موقع دیا جائے۔

⭐ اور پھر ان کی Performance کو دوبارہ Check کیا جائے، تاکہ ہر بچہ اپنی کمزوری کو دور کر کے بہتر انداز میں آگے بڑھ سکے۔

کیونکہ ہمارا مقصد صرف Test لینا یا Result بنانا نہیں، بلکہ بچے کو واقعی سکھانا ہے۔

ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ ہمارا ہر طالب علم کمپیوٹر کو صرف "جانتا" نہ ہو، بلکہ اسے اعتماد کے ساتھ "استعمال" بھی کر سکے۔

🎯 ہمارا مقصد:

Learn → Practice → Understand → Apply → Improve
