On 20th May 2026, a delegation from the University of Sindh visited Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Muhammad Sadiq Memon regarding the affiliation of the BS Computer Science Program.
The visiting team included Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khan Sangi (Dean), Prof. Dr. Ayaz Keerio (Director Mathematics & Computer Science / Director Admissions), Prof. Dr. Intazar Ali Lashari (Professor & Director E-IBA), Prof. Dr. Imtiaz Ali Korejo (Director E-Learning & Professor Computer Science), Mr. Muhammad Mashooque Siddiqui (Controller of Examinations Semester & Inspector of Colleges), and Mr. Adnan Shams Memon (SDPO, Office of the Inspector of Colleges – Affiliation).
During the visit, the delegation interacted with faculty members and reviewed the academic facilities, infrastructure, laboratories, classrooms, girls’ common room, library, and the overall feasibility for granting affiliation to the BS Computer Science Program. The team thoroughly visited the entire college premises and appreciated the academic environment, discipline, and teamwork demonstrated by the college.
The delegation was warmly received by Principal Madam Sakina Bano Memon, who assured full cooperation and highlighted the college’s commitment to quality education and academic development. During the meeting, the visiting team asked detailed questions and queries regarding academic arrangements, infrastructure, faculty, and future planning for the BS Computer Science Program. Principal Madam Sakina Bano Memon confidently responded to all questions in a professional and satisfactory manner.
All teaching and non-teaching staff fully cooperated throughout the visit. Special cooperation and academic briefing were provided by Professor Gazi Mubashir Ahmed, Professor Mir Ali Talpur, Senior Librarian Mr. Farooq Memon, Professor Saeedullah Jarwar, Professor Muneera Memon, Professor Dania Kaka, and Professor Kaneez Zainab Mirjat, along with all other professors and staff members, who briefed the delegation about the college’s academic activities, facilities, and achievements.
Senior Librarian Mr. Farooq Memon especially highlighted the development, organization, and academic resources of the college library, emphasizing its role in supporting st itudents, faculty members, and research activities for the BS Computer Science Program. His professional briefing regarding library facilities, learning resources, and future academic support was highly appreciated by the visiting delegation.
The visiting team appreciated the collective efforts, teamwork, and dedication of the college administration, teaching faculty, and non-teaching staff. The delegation also expressed satisfaction with the available facilities and observed that the college has the potential and capacity to offer admissions in the BS Computer Science Program for up to 100 students.
The visit was conducted in a highly professional, cooperative, and academic environment. Special thanks are extended to all teaching and non-teaching staff members for their valuable cooperation, hospitality, and support in making the visit successful.
