Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon GD College Tando Allahyar Academic Activities

On 20th May 2026, a delegation from the University of Sindh visited Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Muhammad Sadiq Memon regarding the affiliation of the BS Computer Science Program.
The visiting team included Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khan Sangi (Dean), Prof. Dr. Ayaz Keerio (Director Mathematics & Computer Science / Director Admissions), Prof. Dr. Intazar Ali Lashari (Professor & Director E-IBA), Prof. Dr. Imtiaz Ali Korejo (Director E-Learning & Professor Computer Science), Mr. Muhammad Mashooque Siddiqui (Controller of Examinations Semester & Inspector of Colleges), and Mr. Adnan Shams Memon (SDPO, Office of the Inspector of Colleges – Affiliation).
During the visit, the delegation interacted with faculty members and reviewed the academic facilities, infrastructure, laboratories, classrooms, girls’ common room, library, and the overall feasibility for granting affiliation to the BS Computer Science Program. The team thoroughly visited the entire college premises and appreciated the academic environment, discipline, and teamwork demonstrated by the college.
The delegation was warmly received by Principal Madam Sakina Bano Memon, who assured full cooperation and highlighted the college’s commitment to quality education and academic development. During the meeting, the visiting team asked detailed questions and queries regarding academic arrangements, infrastructure, faculty, and future planning for the BS Computer Science Program. Principal Madam Sakina Bano Memon confidently responded to all questions in a professional and satisfactory manner.
All teaching and non-teaching staff fully cooperated throughout the visit. Special cooperation and academic briefing were provided by Professor Gazi Mubashir Ahmed, Professor Mir Ali Talpur, Senior Librarian Mr. Farooq Memon, Professor Saeedullah Jarwar, Professor Muneera Memon, Professor Dania Kaka, and Professor Kaneez Zainab Mirjat, along with all other professors and staff members, who briefed the delegation about the college’s academic activities, facilities, and achievements.
Senior Librarian Mr. Farooq Memon especially highlighted the development, organization, and academic resources of the college library, emphasizing its role in supporting st itudents, faculty members, and research activities for the BS Computer Science Program. His professional briefing regarding library facilities, learning resources, and future academic support was highly appreciated by the visiting delegation.
The visiting team appreciated the collective efforts, teamwork, and dedication of the college administration, teaching faculty, and non-teaching staff. The delegation also expressed satisfaction with the available facilities and observed that the college has the potential and capacity to offer admissions in the BS Computer Science Program for up to 100 students.
The visit was conducted in a highly professional, cooperative, and academic environment. Special thanks are extended to all teaching and non-teaching staff members for their valuable cooperation, hospitality, and support in making the visit successful.

Intermediate Practical Examinations Conducted at Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College, Sadiq Memon
​The Intermediate practical examinations were successfully organized at Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College, Sadiq Memon. The Biology practical exams were conducted under the supervision of Professor Jibran Ahmed Qureshi.
​To ensure a smooth and transparent examination process, Professor Tahmina Mirjat (Head of the Botany Department) collaborated with Professor Bhagwan Das.

Today, Honourable Justice Rooha Khaskheli visited Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Sadiq Memon, Tando Allahyar during the conduct of the Chemistry Part-I examination.
During the visit, she inspected the examination arrangements and appreciated the peaceful, disciplined, and transparent environment maintained at the college.
Principal Madam Sakina Bano Memon warmly received the honourable guest and briefed her about the examination management and administrative arrangements. The examination was conducted smoothly with the active cooperation of the teaching and non-teaching staff.

April 27, 2026 - The English Part-II examination was successfully conducted at Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Sadiq Memon, Tando Allahyar, in a serene, well-organized, and disciplined environment. Principal Sakina Bano Memon inspected the examination halls, assessed the overall arrangements, and conveyed her satisfaction with the transparent and meticulously coordinated ex*****on of the examination. The administrative, teaching, and non-teaching staff collaborated effectively to maintain stringent supervision, ensuring a seamless and efficient examination process.

25th April 2026 —
The Chemistry Part-II examination was conducted successfully at Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Sadiq Memon, Tando Allahyar under a calm, disciplined, and well-managed environment.
Principal Madam Sakina Bano Memon paid a visit to the examination blocks, inspected the arrangements, and appreciated the orderly and transparent conduct of the examination. The administration, along with teaching and non-teaching staff members, played an active role in ensuring effective supervision and smooth ex*****on of the examination process.

24th April 2026 —
The examination of Pakistan Studies Part-II was successfully conducted at Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Sadiq Memon, Tando Allahyar in a peaceful and disciplined environment.
Principal Madam Sakina Bano Memon visited the examination blocks, reviewed the arrangements, and expressed satisfaction with the smooth and well-organized conduct of the examination. The administration, teaching, and non-teaching staff ensured proper supervision and cooperation throughout the examination process.

23rd April 2026 — The examinations of Urdu (Compulsory) and Sindhi (Compulsory) Part-II were successfully conducted at Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Sadiq Memon, Tando Allahyar. The examination process was carried out smoothly under the supervision of Internal Superintendent Professor Gazi Muhammad Mubasir and Factotum Professor Abdul Qadir Mangsi, with the full cooperation of the teaching and non-teaching staff.

The Intermediate examinations of Zoology and Mathematics were successfully conducted on 22-04-2026 at Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Sadiq Memon Tando Allahyar under the supervision of Internal Superintendent Professor Gazi Muhammad Mubasir and Factotum Professor Abdul Qadir Mangsi. The examinations were held smoothly with the cooperation of teaching and non-teaching staff members. Principal Madam Sakina Bano Memon also visited the examination blocks to review arrangements and ensure a fair and disciplined examination environment.

Mr. Shahzado Umair Jarwar, AC Jhando Mari, visited Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Sadiq Memon Tando Allahyar on 21-04-2026 during the first Botany paper of Intermediate classes. He reviewed the examination arrangements and expressed satisfaction over the peaceful, transparent, and well-organized conduct of the examination process under the supervision of the college administration.

A meeting was held on 20-04-2026 in the college library at Dr. Nasreen Maqbool Memon Government Degree College Sadiq Memon Tando Allahyar under the supervision of Principal Madam Sakina Bano Memon to ensure the smooth, transparent, and fair conduct of HSC Part-I & II (First Year and Intermediate) examinations. Faculty members discussed examination arrangements, discipline, and necessary measures for maintaining an organized and peaceful examination environment.
