241-A:- Supply of documents on Magistrate Trial.
242:- Framing of charge.
243:- Conviction on pleading guilty.
244:- Recording of evidence in case the accused plead not guilty.
245 (1):- Acquittal of an accused after evidence.
245 (2):- Conviction of an accused after evidence.
245-A:- Previous conviction of an accused shall be added to the sentence.
246:- Omitted.
247:- Non-appearance of the complainant:- The Magistrate shall acquit the accused unless for reasons adjourning the matter.
248:- Withdrawal of complaint:- If complainant before a final order is passed in any case satisfy the Magistrate that there are sufficient grounds for permitting him to withdraw his complaint, the Magistrate may permit him to withdraw the same and thereupon acquit the accused.

*Topic*: Introduction and Historical Background of the Sindh Local Government Act, 2013.

*Group B* – Led by _Ghullam Muhammad_ with group members Sahib Dino, Aziz Ahmed Laghari, and Khalid Hussain.
*Topic*: Structure and Electoral Procedure of Local Government under the Sindh Local Government Act, 2013. The group covered the historical background, scope, and structure of local government bodies, along with their working mechanism under the Act.

*Group* – Led by _Abdul Ghani_ with group members Zulqarnain Jarwar, Imran Atta, Murk Baloch, and Mahanoor Amjad.
*Topic*: &Employment law. The group effectively explained violations of labour laws, available legal remedies for labourers, grassroots issues faced by workers, and the role of the International Labour Organization in promoting labour welfare worldwide.

*Group A* – Led by _Hamza Ali_ with group members Ali Ghullam Shah, Ghullam Hussain, and Aulesh Chand.

*Group B* – Led by _Afaque Ali_ with group members Nandni Keshore, Sajad Jarwar, and Shazaib Bijarani.
*Topic*: Salient Features of the Constitution of the United Kingdom.

*Batch 2k25*
*Group A* – Led by _Faiza Zahid_ with group members Ayesha Aftab, Bushra Irshad, and Ume Muskan.
TopicGender Studies. The group focused on societal issues related to gender, including gender discrimination and gender equality in education and employment opportunities.

*Group B* – Led by _Ishfaqe Ahmed_ with group members Aqib Majidano and Sarang Jarwar.

The session concluded with a *Question & Answer segment*, during which students asked questions and the presenters responded successfully.

At the end of the session, Mr Nadir Ahmed Kalroo delivered his concluding remarks, appreciating the students’ research, confidence, and presentation skills.

25 December, We remember and honor Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, whose visionary leadership, unwavering determination, and timeless principles gave us an independent Pakistan.

A welcome party was organized in honor of the batch of 2025 at Tando Allahyar Law College.

Speeches, poetry, tableaux, panel discussions, and quiz competitions were organized by the students at the welcome party.

A shield was presented to the winning team in the competition, and certificates of appreciation were given to the performing students.

The ceremony was attended by the Vice Principal, Superintendent, and teachers of Tando Allahyar Law College and appreciated the efforts of the students.
