انتظامیہ اولیو گرین انٹرنیشنل اسکولز سسٹم (OGISS) کو یہ اعلان کرتے ہوئے خوشی محسوس ہو رہی ہے کہ طلبہ اور والدین کی سہولت کے پیشِ نظر ایک اہم فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔
والدین کی معاونت کے لیے، انتظامیہ نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ اانتظامیہ اولیو گرین انٹرنیشنل اسکولز سسٹم کے تمام طلبہ ( پرانے طلباء کے ساتھ ساتھ نئے طلباء دونوں ) سے تمام سالانہ چارجز مکمل طور پر معاف کیے جاتے ہیں۔ اس سال طلبہ سے صرف ماہانہ تعلیمی فیس اور سالانہ امتحانی فیس وصول کی جائے گی۔
اولیو گرین انٹرنیشنل سسٹم میں اپنے بچوں کا نیا داخلہ لینے کے خواہشمند نئے والدین کو بھی صرف ٹیوشن فیس اور سالانہ امتحان کی فیس ادا کرنا ہوگی۔ نئے داخل ہونے والے طلباء کو اس سال داخلہ فیس اور دیگر تمام سالانہ فیسوں سے استثنیٰ دیا جائے گا۔
مزید برآں، انتظامیہ نے ان طلبہ کے لیے 10 فیصد تعلیمی فیس میں رعایت کی منظوری دی ہے جنہوں نے گزشتہ فائنل ٹرم امتحان میں اوّل پوزیشن حاصل کی ہو، بشرطیکہ متعلقہ طالب علم کسی اور قسم کی رعایت سے مستفید نہ ہو رہا ہو۔
واضح رہے کہ یہ خصوصی رعایت صرف 17 فروری 2026 تک مؤثر رہے گی۔ اس تاریخ کے بعد مکمل فیس اسٹرکچر بغیر کسی رعایت کے نافذ کر دیا جائے گا۔
لہٰذا والدین سے مؤدبانہ گزارش ہے کہ وہ 17 فروری 2026 سے قبل اپنے بچوں کی فیس ادا کر کے اس محدود مدت کی سہولت سے فائدہ اٹھائیں۔
کسی بھی وضاحت یا رہنمائی کے لیے والدین اسکول انتظامیہ سے رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں۔
