تردیدی بیان
یہ واضح کیا جاتا ہے کہ سوشل میڈیا پر جامعہ دارالعلوم سوات کے متعلق شائع ہونے والی وہ پوسٹ، جس میں 21 جون کو جامعہ دوبارہ کھولنے اور بندش کے اسباب کے بارے میں بے بنیاد دعوے کیے گئے ہیں، سراسر جھوٹ اور گمراہ کن ہے۔
یہ پوسٹ نہ جامعہ دارالعلوم سوات کے مہتمم کی طرف سے جاری کی گئی ہے اور نہ ہی اس میں کوئی صداقت ہے۔
یہ بھی واضح رہے کہ فریق مخالف صرف سادہ لوح اور عام مسلمانوں کو دھوکہ اور فریب دینے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے، حالانکہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ جامعہ دارالعلوم سوات گزشتہ 23 برس سے باقاعدہ وفاق المدارس العربیہ پاکستان کے ساتھ ملحق ہے۔
نیز صوبائی ناظم وفاق المدارس العربیہ پاکستان حضرت مولانا حسین احمد صاحب کا دو ٹوک اور واضح بیان موجود ہے کہ جب تک تنازع کا تصفیہ نہ ہو جائے، اس وقت تک جامعہ بند رہے گا۔
اور یہ بھی طے ہے کہ جب کھولنے کا فیصلہ ہو گا تو جامعہ دارالعلوم سوات وفاق المدارس العربیہ پاکستان کے ذمہ داران، جامعہ کے مہتمم و انتظامیہ اور متعلقہ سرکاری حکام کی موجودگی میں ہی کھولا جائے گا، ان شاء اللہ۔
تمام احباب اور متعلقین سے اپیل ہے کہ بغیر تحقیق کے کسی بھی غیر مصدقہ خبر یا افواہ پر یقین نہ کریں اور ایسی گمراہ کن باتوں سے اجتناب کریں۔
جامعہ دارالعلوم سوات ہمارا دینی، علمی اور اجتماعی ورثہ ہے، اس کی عزت و حرمت کی حفاظت ہم سب کی مشترکہ ذمہ داری ہے۔

Clarification Statement
It is hereby clarified that the post circulating on social media regarding Jamia Darul Uloom Swat — which includes baseless claims about the reopening of the Jamia on June 21 and the reasons for its closure — is completely false and misleading.
This post has neither been issued by the head (Muhtamim) of Jamia Darul Uloom Swat nor does it carry any truth.
It should also be noted that the opposing party is merely trying to deceive and mislead innocent and ordinary Muslims. In reality, Jamia Darul Uloom Swat has been officially affiliated with Wifaq-ul-Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan for the past 23 years.
Furthermore, a clear and unequivocal statement from the Provincial Nazim of Wifaq-ul-Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan, Hazrat Maulana Hussain Ahmad Sahib, confirms that the Jamia will remain closed until the current dispute is resolved.
It is also established that whenever a decision to reopen is made, it will be done in the presence of the responsible officials of Wifaq-ul-Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan, the Muhtamim and administration of Jamia Darul Uloom Swat, and the relevant government authorities, In Sha Allah.
We appeal to all friends and concerned individuals not to believe or spread any unauthenticated news or rumors without verification and to avoid engaging with such misleading content.
Jamia Darul Uloom Swat is our religious, scholarly, and communal heritage — protecting its dignity and sanctity is a shared responsibility of all of us.
