سرکاری سکولوں کی تاریخ میں ایک قابلِ فخر اور منفرد اقدام سامنے آیا ہے! تحصیل لاہور کے سکول لیڈرز نے پچھلے سال پانچویں جماعت کے طلبہ کے لیے ایک علمی مقابلے کا اہتمام کیا تھا، جس میں طلبہ پہلے سکول کی سطح پر اپنی صلاحیتوں کا مظاہرہ کرتے، پھر کامیاب طلبہ کلسٹر کی سطح پر اور بالآخر تحصیل کی سطح پر اپنی قابلیت کا لوہا منواتے۔

اس سال اس روایت کو مزید وسعت اور شفافیت کے ساتھ فروغ دیا گیا ہے، اور چہارم جماعت کے طلبہ کو بھی اس میں شامل کر لیا گیا ہے تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ طلبہ اس منفرد تجربے سے مستفید ہو سکیں۔ یہ تمام مقابلے جناب ایس ڈی او، محترم جمشید صاحب کی قیادت میں منعقد کیے گئے، اور سکول لیڈرز نے اسے نہایت مہارت، شفافیت، اور خوش اسلوبی سے مکمل کیا۔

یہ اقدام نہ صرف طلبہ کی خوداعتمادی اور تعلیمی دلچسپی کو فروغ دے گا بلکہ ان کی تعلیمی قابلیت اور مسابقتی روح کو بھی پروان چڑھائے گا۔ ان مقابلوں نے طلبہ کے اندر علمی جستجو اور مثبت مسابقت کا ایک نیا جذبہ بیدار کیا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ، یہ اساتذہ کی انتھک محنت اور ان کی پیشہ ورانہ لگن کا ایک خوبصورت مظہر ہے۔ ان تمام کامیابیوں پر اساتذہ، سکول لیڈرز، اور منتظمین کو بھرپور خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا جاتا ہے، جو بچوں کی تعلیم و تربیت میں اپنی تمام تر صلاحیتیں بروئے کار لا رہے ہیں۔

آئندہ سال اس مقابلے میں تیسری جماعت کے طلبہ کو شامل کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے تاکہ کم عمر طلبہ بھی اس علمی سفر کا حصہ بن سکیں اور ان کی تعلیمی بنیاد کو مزید مضبوط بنایا جا سکے۔ یہ اقدام نہ صرف سرکاری سکولوں کے تعلیمی معیار کو بلند کرے گا بلکہ روشن اور کامیاب نسلوں کی تیاری میں بھی سنگِ میل ثابت ہوگا۔ سرکاری سکولوں کے اس روشن مستقبل کی بنیاد پر ہم سب کو فخر ہے۔

On April 8, 2024, a meeting was convened at SDEO Male Razzar between school leaders and SDEO Male razzar Razzar Muhammad Abid sb to discuss/plan the upcoming session for 2024-25. During the meeting, school leaders shared their new ideas and suggestions for implementing new initiatives. Muhammad Abid sb also shared some fruitful suggestions with school leaders. Today a delegation of school leaders from Swabi met the former education minister Sharam Khan, the elder brother of Present Edu Minister Mr Faisal Khan. Before meeting him Faisal Khan Edu Minister Also assured that the previously endorsed policies will be carried out by the present government, Mr Sharam Khan assured that you all are permanent servants no need to bother yourselves on this issue and, (referring to our service structure) he said, we have created a plan for you where you will grow professionally and you what you are hired for. Attention all members of the School Leaders association.

We are thrilled to inform you about our recent meeting led by District Swabi President, Muhammad Ihtisham, alongside esteemed fellow school leaders: Faisal Ali,Muhammad Haris, Saim Khan, Khalil Khan, Asad Khaliq, and Muhammad Khalid. This gathering was graced by the presence of the Education Minister, Faisal Khan Tarakai, and Shehram Khan Tarakai.

During our comprehensive discussion, we addressed pressing issues affecting school leaders, We are pleased to share that both Minister Faisal Khan Tarakai and Shehram Khan Tarakai have reassured us of their unwavering support. They have affirmed that there will be no policies implemented that would be detrimental to our interests; instead, they are committed to maintaining existing policies.

Furthermore, Minister Faisal Khan Tarakai expressed his dedication to formulating robust (TORs) tailored to our needs. Additionally, he assured us that the pending induction of remaining school leaders into the department will be expedited.

Yesterday a meeting was held with SDEO Male Lahor in his office regarding speeding up the enrolment campaign in the subdivision.
Minutes of the meeting were.
1. set enrollment targets
2. Update progress of admissions
3. Do enrolment walks
4. Aware the community about enrolment drive
5. Continuous efforts should be put on so that no child remains out of school.
6. The meeting ended with closing prayers and best wishes for the upcoming educational year.

On March 30th, the Annual Prize Distribution ceremony at GPS No.1 Gani Chatra took place. For the first time, students were provided with result cards exclusive to our school, along with distributed prizes, making the day truly special. Recognizing top achievers and involving parents in their children's progress was an honor. I am grateful for the hard work of our staff and the support of everyone involved.
