The Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Sukkur IBA University recently witnessed a brilliant display of academic research and passion! Our final-year students took to the stage to present their research projects, showcasing their dedication to the field of sports science and health.
Under the expert supervision of Mr. Muhammad Hashim Darya (Lecturer), the following impactful studies were presented:

✅ Mr. Ahmed explored the vital link between physical activity and the mental health of undergraduate students.
✅ Ms. Gul-e-Zehra investigated the dietary and exercise factors influencing obesity among hostel students (16–20 years).

✅ Asghar Ali & Abdul Nabi identified the barriers preventing male students from participating in football.

The session was attended by our esteemed faculty members. Dr. Nisar Ahmed Khaskheli (BS Program Coordinator) provided valuable insights to strengthen the students' work, while our HOD, Dr. Shahzaman Khan, praised the students for their hard work. He encouraged everyone to present their findings with "vibrancy and honesty" as they move toward their professional careers.
