Hardwork Vs Smart Work.
We would have seen people debating in many places – “Does Smart Work leads to Success or Hard Work leads to Success?” It’s a right topic that needs an insight because people get confused on their approach in performing tasks.
Smart Work helps a person complete a task efficiently – more work in less hours with less resources and reduced efforts..
Hard Work, also, helps a person to complete a task successfully – but time consumption will be more and there is no assurance if the task can be completed with less resources. The person who does hard work has to put a lot of efforts to complete a task.
So, be it school, college or job we should learn how to complete a task in less time with less resources and at the same time reach end point without flaws. We should continually improve our Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Time Management Skills and many more skills to apply our Smart Work and Hard Work in the right places in the right way at the right time.

*Elders must avoid excessive use of Internet, .
In the information age, the rapid spread of Internet technologies has strongly impacted all aspects of people’s lives, and new technologies such as online social networking, travel reservations, and mobile payments have brought great convenience to the daily lives of elderly individuals.
According to “The 47th China Statistical Report on Internet Development”, issued by the China Internet Network Information Center, the proportion of “Elderly Internet users” reached approximately 260 million, as of December 2020, accounting for 18.4% of the total population. This percentage will continue to increase. Due to the use of the Internet, seniors can complete many tasks without leaving the home. As elderly individuals continually age, and their mobility becomes restricted, the Internet could be a convenient way to meet the diverse needs of seniors, and could be especially beneficial to seniors who prefer to remain in one place.
Considering the availability of home-based community care services, elderly people could use the Internet to establish connections with the outside world, integrate into society and increase their social participation. Furthermore, elderly individuals can also benefit from the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of diseases through telemedicine.
However, elderly individuals may also encounter numerous embarrassing and difficult situations because of the digital divide.
They develop negative emotions such as feeling disconnected from society and feeling useless as they grow older.
Occasionally, seniors may experience undesirable events such as Internet rumours and Internet scams, which diminish the experience of older Internet users.
Due to the rapid development of Internet technology, the subjective feelings and emotional reflections of older people need to be focused on.

Being your own boss
Working from anywhere in the globe is possible due to online freelancing. A freelancer is a self-employed individual who delivers services to clients, sometimes numerous clients at once. It is not necessary for a freelancer to be dedicated to a single customer for an extended length of time. The phrase "independent worker" is also applied to a freelancer who is paid for each assignment he completes. In comparison to regular office jobs, online freelancing allows workers to work whenever they want and make money without any responsibilities. Graphic design, internet marketing, writing and translation, programming and testing, virtual assistant, and music video creation are just a few of the online career prospects.
Online freelancing gives you access to a worldwide market and the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world. Online freelancing is done for a number of reasons by freelancers. One of the main motivations for people to start freelancing is the desire to be their own boss. People desire to be free of company regulations and stringent standards. Another argument is that you may pick your own project, such as if you're a software engineer but don't want to perform any programming. Freelancers have the flexibility to work on projects that are based on their interests and experience, as well as the option to pick the customer with whom they wish to collaborate.
Freelancers are not obligated to work with obnoxious clients, and they have the right to cancel or terminate the contract at any moment. Both vendors and consumers now have more options thanks to the online freelance industry. By developing a work portfolio, the seller sets a profile on a freelancing website and explains the services they provide. Buyers create an account, fill up their profile, and then submit a job by stating their requirements. On a set budget or hourly basis, the seller bids on the projects that have been listed. Many significant corporations in industrialized nations such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia have begun outsourcing in order to reduce costs, boost productivity, and reduce risk.
According to the Express Tribune, Pakistan is the fourth-largest freelancing country in the world. According to the head of the Punjab IT Board, 150,000 Pakistani freelancers made a total revenue of about $1 billion . Pakistan has over 860-thousand registered users on Freelancer.com, which has a global user base of over 23 million. Pakistani freelancers labor an average of 34 hours each week.

The perfect Modern World's Demand!!!
*Artificial intelligence*:
Artificial Intelligence, or AI, has gained a significant amount of hype throughout the last decade, but it remains one of the hottest new technological trends because of its major impacts on how we live, work, and play. AI is already well-known for its supremacy in image , speech recognition, navigation apps, smartphone personal assistants, ride-sharing apps, and a wide range of other applications.
Aside from that, AI will be used to analyse interactions in order to reveal underlying connections and insights, to predict demand for services such as hospitals, allowing authorities to make better resource allocation decisions, and to detect changing patterns of customer behaviour by analysing data in near real-time, resulting in increased revenues and personalised experiences.
By 2025, the AI market will be worth $190 billion, with global spending on cognitive and AI systems exceeding $57 billion in 2022. New opportunities will be created in development, programming, testing, support, and maintenance, to mention a few, as AI spreads across sectors. AI, on the other hand, pays some of the highest incomes today, with rates ranging from over $1,25,000 per year (machine learning engineer) to $145,000 per year (AI architect), making it the top new technology trend to keep an eye on.
Future belongs to Artificial Intelligence.

Impact of Media on Teenagers!!!!
The research found a transition from electrical to digital media as a result of technological advancements. The term "converged media" refers to the convergence of television, the internet, and the telephone into a single device. Furthermore, the average amount of time spent watching TV among youths is decreasing, while listening to the radio is nearly non-existent. This is because there are alternatives such as video on demand, renowned video sharing websites such as YouTube, and so on. They can watch their favorite tv shows on the internet. Advertisements are another reason they are viewing less television. On average, 18 minutes of advertising will be shown throughout a one-hour broadcast.
This is inconvenient, especially when other options are available. Similarly, hardly one reads newspapers in general or directories in particular anymore. This is due to shifting patterns, such as news being summarized in TV news bulletins and Internet feeds. Similarly, if they need to locate a service provider, such as a laundry or florist, they would prefer use Google than purchase bulky directories. The value of convergent media to today's marketer is enormous. At the same time, as time passes, the struggle to properly deliver a campaign will get more difficult.

No Digital Marketing No Pakistan!!!
Within the last decade, the conventional media environment has radically changed. In Pakistan, which is now undergoing political upheaval, the role of digital media art plays a significant role in the country's political activities. Digital media consumption in Asia has skyrocketed, with the number of Facebook users more than doubling. As liberalized as it is, digital media in Asia is continually under the magnification of the right. The complexity of the Asian country's digital media business is incredibly interesting. Given the plethora of constraints imposed on its manner of use, users devise imaginative techniques to get past these limitations, resulting in material that is ideally suited to the Asian country's digital media sector.
As we approach the twentieth anniversary of the internet's arrival in West Pakistan, it's natural to assume that as the shopper in West Pakistan becomes more 'Digital' and the technologies develop, there would be innovations and changes in corporate marketing strategies. Nonetheless, despite the fact that the computer grid is increasingly available across America via GPRS/EDGE services, Wireless Broadband, DSL, and other means,
There is still a parallel and increasingly digressive universe populated by marketers and their agencies that adhere to pre-digital methods and conceptions, where even in the best of circumstances marketers want to concede that only 50% of their advertising succeeded.
Political activism like in many parts of the world has reached Pakistan. Today among several non official fan pages each political party has an official page which is administered very professionally. The administrators keep their fans regularly updated and engaged. Political statements, events news, press conferences are all uploaded in real time. The day when fans will be able to enjoy live video being streamed onto their devices is not far.

I Said "No" To Everything And Here's What Happened.
Not long ago, I tried saying "yes" to everything (within limits) and realized that it was a complete waste of time. By a certain point, I was exhausted, overworked, and thoroughly yessed-out. These days, there's a lot to say "no" to. I work full-time, freelancer, and volunteer for multiple organizations. My kids aren't enrolled in many (expensive!) activities, but their weekdays are jam-packed with play dates and birthday celebrations. There are a plethora of articles concerned with overscheduled children who are unable to concentrate since there is just no time for anything.
There are a plethora of articles concerned with overscheduled children who are unable to concentrate since there is just no time for anything. And, while I enjoy books like Fed Up with Frenzy on relaxed parenting, I sometimes feel that even these fun family activities need more time than I have.
On the other hand, one of the reasons I schedule these events is that I suffer from social anxiety, which is uncomfortable for an extrovert. When my tendency is to curl up beneath my blanket and do crosswords, I find that frequent get-togethers and appointments help me stay involved.
Is it true that I said "no" to everything? No. A well-placed "no," even if it's unpleasant, can provide enough space for a surprising "yes," leaving you with your feet up and a great buzz while you watch the sunset. And that, my friends, is what I call a successful outcome.
