Metropolitan Graduate College Skardu organized an insightful session at Reechan Hotel, Hassan Colony, to acknowledge the sincere support of its Academic Council. Service Recognition Shields and certificate were awarded to Dr. Haji Muhammad Anwar, Dr. Manzoor Hassan Kazim and Manzoor Ameen for their unwavering contributions to academic development since 2015. Additionally, appreciation certificates were presented to the mentors as a token of gratitude for their dedicated efforts and commitment.

Gilgit-Baltistan Liberation Day and Sports Gala Closing Ceremony 2025

Metropolitan Graduate College Skardu (MGC Skardu) proudly organized a combined celebration of Gilgit-Baltistan Liberation Day and the Closing Ceremony of the Sports Gala 2025.

The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran followed by a heartfelt Naat in praise of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The respected Principal then delivered a warm welcome address, extending gratitude to all participants and guests for their active involvement.

During the ceremony, winners of various sports competitions were honored with trophies and medals, acknowledging their outstanding performances. Furthermore, all lecturers received certificates of appreciation presented by the Chief Guest, Principal, Vice Principal, and mentors for their valuable contributions throughout the gala.

The Chief Guest, Sir Dr. Haji Muhammad Anwar, delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the importance of maintaining a balance between academics and sports. He also shed light on the historical significance of Gilgit-Baltistan Liberation Day, captivating the audience with his eloquent and motivational insights.

The memorable session concluded with the National Anthem, instilling a sense of pride and unity among all attendees.
