We are thrilled to share that a comprehensive Mental Health Awareness Session was recently conducted for our class 9th to 2nd-year students on campus, brought to life through a wonderful collaboration with the GB Wellness Hub and the University of Lahore!
Navigating college life, exams, and future aspirations can be overwhelming. This special session provided students with a safe, supportive space to discuss mental health openly, learn effective stress-management techniques, and discover the importance of self-care.
