وہ ایک سیاہ فام باکسر تھا
اپنے حریفوں کو دوسرے یا تیسرے مرحلے میں زمین چٹانا اسکا مشغلہ ٹھہرا ۔
اسے عظیم کا خطاب دیا گیا
لیکن
جب اس نے کلمہ پڑھ کر محمد علی نام چنا
تو وہ عظیم ترین ہو گیا
یعنی گریٹیسٹ محمد علی ۔ :)
ہوتا بھی کیوں نا
دنیائے کائنات کی دو عظیم ترین ہستیوں کے عظیم نام جو اس نے چن لیئے تھے ۔
اور پھر چشم فلک نے دیکھا کہ کم ہی ایسا ہوا کہ اپنے حریف کو دوسرے مرحلے تک پہنچنے دیا ہو
کیونکہ وہ Cassius Clay سے محمد علی بن چکا تھا
اور پھر مرتے دم تک وہ عظیم ترین محمد علی رہا
اور ہمیشہ گریٹیسٹ محمد علی کے نام سے یاد کیا جائے گا ۔
