A training session on Professionalism in teaching focuses on showing commitment, responsibility, and respect in every classroom action. A professional teacher is punctual, well-prepared, and follows ethical standards. They treat every student fairly and create a positive learning environment. Professionalism also includes continuous learning and improving teaching skills. A true teacher inspires students through behavior, discipline, and dedication.

Today, I had a productive meeting with Arvo, a company working on an innovative digital platform. The discussion focused on their vision, services, and how digital solutions can improve efficiency and user experience. We explored potential collaboration opportunities and future project possibilities. The meeting was insightful and highlighted the importance of digital transformation in modern organizations. Overall, it was a valuable session with promising outcomes.

A professional training session on Bloom’s Taxonomy to help teachers improve lesson planning and assessment strategies.

The session focused on the six cognitive levels: Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate, and Create. Teachers were guided on how to use Bloom’s action verbs for writing clear learning objectives.

The training also emphasized developing higher-order thinking skills among students through effective classroom activities and questioning techniques.

We successfully arranged a 4-day Book Fair for our students, creating a wonderful learning and reading environment.
The fair offered a wide variety of books, including storybooks, educational books, and general knowledge material.
Students showed great enthusiasm and actively participated in selecting books of their interest.
Overall, the event promoted a strong reading culture and encouraged students to develop a love for books.

Meetings with the student council team was conducted to provide proper guidance and empowerment for their roles and responsibilities. Students were encouraged to take leadership initiatives, develop confidence, and work as a team for school improvement. Important points regarding discipline, event management, and student representation were discussed in detail. The council members were motivated to become positive role models and actively support school activities with dedication and responsibility.

4-day Book Fair has been arranged for our students and parents to promote the love of reading and learning. This fair will provide a wonderful opportunity to explore a wide variety of books suitable for all age groups. Parents are encouraged to visit with their children and support them in selecting informative and interesting books.

Listening, speaking, and writing are basic language skills for effective communication.
Listening helps learners understand spoken words through attention and practice.
Speaking improves confidence and fluency through discussion, role play, and interaction.
Writing develops expression by using correct vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure.
Using proper strategies and regular practice makes these skills strong and effective.

R.A.I Education System organized a joyful Eid Milan Party to celebrate the blessings of Eid with love and unity. Students and teachers participated with great enthusiasm, wearing beautiful dresses and sharing Eid greetings with each other. The event included fun activities and delicious refreshments. It was a memorable day that promoted happiness, friendship, and the true spirit of Eid in our school.

Today, a workshop on students behaviorism, emphasizes improving student behavior through a balanced system of rewards and consequences.

Teachers are trained to encourage positive behaviors such as discipline, participation, and respect using reinforcement methods including praise, stars, or certificates.

Through clear rules and corrective feedback, unwanted behavior is reduced, leading to effective classroom management and the promotion of a positive learning environment.
