4th UMT Sialkot Convocation is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
Convocation Registration Fee Rs.10,500/-.
Get Yourself Registered for the 4th Convocation up to 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒.
For Registration, get the Challan Form from OTR (Accounts Office) and Submit the paid Challan receipt at the Office of the Registrar-ORG for Registration in the Convocation.

All students who have completed their degree requirements (till Summer 2023) are hereby informed to apply for their Final Transcript (FT) by 25th January 2024, to get
registered in the 4th UMT-SKT Convocation Scroll 2023.The procedure for applying for FT is available on the following link:

Students who fail to apply for their FT within the allotted timeframe will not be allowed to participate in the Convocation and will not be eligible for any medals or
awards.
