موسم برسات میں اپنے بچوں کی حفاظت کیجئے۔

معزز والدین!
ملک بھر میں مون سون کا موسم جاری ہے۔ مختلف شہروں میں ہلکی یا تیز بارشیں ہورہی ہیں اور محکمہ موسمیات نے مزید بارشوں کی پیشگوئی کی ہے۔ اس حوالہ سے کچھ ہدایات دی جا رہی ہیں جن پر عمل کر کے مون سون کے موسم میں بچوں کو محفوظ اور صحت مند ماحول مہیا کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
1.بچوں کو تیز آندھی اور بارش میں ہرگز باہرنہ جانے دیجئے۔
2.بچوں کو تمام الیکڑک چیزوں سے دور رکھیں۔ بچوں کو ایسی گراوّنڈز میں کھلینے کے لیے نہ جانے دیں جہاں پر بجلی کے پول ہوں کیونکہ اس موسم میں ان میں کرنٹ آسکتا ہے۔
3.برسات کے موسم میں بچوں کو باہر کی چیزیں کھانے سے منع کریں اور گھر کی بنی ہوئی چیزیں کھلائیں۔کیونکہ اس موسم میں جراثیم تیزی سے پھیلتے ہیں اس لیے باہر کی چیزیں کھانے سے بچوں کو ڈائریا ہوسکتا ہے۔
4.بچوں کے پاوّں صاف اور خشک رکھیں اورننگے پاوّں ہرگز نہ گھومنے دیں۔
5.بچے اگر بارش میں نہا لیں تو انھیں فورا نارمل پانی کے ساتھ نہلاوائیں ۔ہوسکے تو پانی میں انٹی سیپٹک لیکوئیڈ ڈال لیں۔اس سے بچے فریش رہے گئےان کا باڈی ٹمپریچر نارمل ہو جائےگا اور فلوانفیکشن ہونے سے محفوظ رہے گئے۔
6.گھر کے فرش کو صاف رکھیں اور گیلا نہ ہونے دیں۔تاکہ پھسلن نہ ہوں۔
7.اس موسم میں کیڑے مکوڑوں اور مچھڑوں کی بہتات ہوتی ہے لہذا گھر میں اسپرے ضرور کروائیں اور شام کو کھڑکیاں اور دروازے بند رکھیں۔
