📢 Secondary Teaching License Test – New Syllabus Percentage Distribution
The syllabus for the Secondary Teaching License Test is distributed as follows:

✅ 1. General Content – 50%

Based on Classes 6–12

Sindh Textbook Board (STBB) curriculum

✅ 2. Subject-Specific Content & Pedagogy – 35%

Candidates must choose one subject they intend to teach at the SST level (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, English, etc.).

✅ 3. General Pedagogy – 15%

📌 After successfully clearing the written test, candidates will be eligible for the Demonstration (Teaching) Assessment for Pre Service Candidates.

Announcement: B.Ed. (1-Year) Bridging Program – STEDA
The Sindh Teacher Education Development Authority (STEDA) is pleased to introduce the B.Ed. (1-Year) Bridging Program, a strategic initiative designed to support in-service teachers in meeting the eligibility requirements for the Secondary Teaching License Test.
This 18-credit hour program has been carefully developed to address key competency gaps and strengthen:
✔️ Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK)
✔️ Assessment and evaluation practices
✔️ ICT and Artificial Intelligence integration in education
✔️ Research-based reflective teaching (Action Research)
🎯 Who can apply?
In-service teachers holding a 1-Year B.Ed. degree from an HEC-recognized university
🏫 Who can offer the program?
Accredited institutions including universities, TTIs, PITE, and STEDA-approved service providers.
This program ensures a standardized, equitable, and quality-assured pathway for professional growth and licensing readiness.

Subject: Revision of Class Schedule for Preparatory Classes of Teaching Licence Test (TLT)

All students enrolled in the Preparatory Classes for the Teaching Licence Test (TLT) are hereby informed that, with effect from next week, classes will be conducted three days a week, i.e., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, to facilitate better preparation and comprehensive coverage of the course contents.

All students are advised to attend classes regularly and punctually according to the revised schedule.
