Abdul Ghaffar Chang belongs to Shikarpur, Sindh, and is currently serving as a Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST) in the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh. He is committed to nurturing young minds and promoting quality education in his community.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur in 2019. In the same year, he joined the Sindh Reserve Police as a Police Constable, where he successfully completed the Basic Recruit Course at RTC Khairpur and the Elite (Commandos) Course at SCTC Sakrand.
After serving for 2.5 years, he was appointed to the Sindh Police Telecommunications Department as a Wireless Operator, where he continued his service with dedication. However, driven by his passion for education, he resigned from the police service to pursue his dream career in teaching.
Currently, he is serving at GBHS Diya, Shikarpur, where he is passionately dedicating his efforts to educating and guiding students toward a brighter future.
