Why govt not understand ?
1) Sales tax at the time of sales on retail counters only. Rather then many stages withholding and adjusting?
2) Similar income tax after income.
Sir there are three problems?
1) Absolute discretionary power.
2) Advance Taxation withholding since thinking to do some business, industry and investment.
3) Govt will to subsidise, SEZ, SEDZ, EPZ or many —-,.:; ways.
4) Govt ways of expenditures.
5) Not on boards the stakeholders credible Representation.
6) Mother of all? A) Colonial way of living status of authority. B) 1974 act of nationalisation and its administrative grips. C) Goverance Audit on its all aspects and working.
