Some important rules for health
(mind rest)
1) mind. best stages are free from need (attraction) , feel free from your thinking and free from being like (I want) feel as (I doesn't want) because I have not need. sleep for 8 to 9 hours daily night the important think is don't opossite yourself in any matter or mistake.
=) eat less salt food and sugar. because more salt is bad for your hypertension Blood pressure or heart ❤️
=) clean your teeths because the bad teeths are harmful for your hypertension Blood pressure or heart
=) Don't mind other people who are cheats you because if you mind. your mind will confusing it is harmful for your health life. Time is not ends don't mind a day you will revenge those people who cheated you.
=) Respect others special those who are bigger than you and be soft heart for those who smaller than you.
=) Respect women because you are born from the woman
=)dehydrate your body drink 10 glasses a day and drink water in every morning
=) don't attract by females because your feeling is not present in female your thinking brain massages goes your internal body now you understand that this feeling is your own. no any female have power to attract you. because your think is about a female is different than other people's
if your feeling same about other people's you will attract by any people.
This is my research or theory about romantic feeling
=) make a time tabel of (Workout) (sleeping) (eating) (bathing) ( walking) in daily life.
don't eat samosa, Aloo chips, any chips, tea, sugar, chocolates, cold rings, don't eat drug's like charas, vine or shrab , ma*****na or bhang, pan prag, kutkha, manpuri, sweet supari.
=) don't eat any food during the walk. don't eat the meet.
=) wash your hands after and before eating any food
(1) Fitness: maintain your weight in the level of your height. and do workout
Example: running daily or thrice a week
(2) Bodybuilding: make a chart of kasrat
like. one day program of chest and biceps, triceps. do their excersise like push ups 2nd day program of back and abdominal. do their excersise like pull up and 3rd day program of legs and lover body. do their excersise like squat. workout time is A level 7minites B lavel 15 minutes and Clavel 30_60minutes
